Hey everyone! I'm a sophomore in college (bio major business minor) who absolutely HATES bad fanfiction. Lets face it, most of its pretty bad. If you write without the books in easy reach, if you misspell the character's names, if you bring character's back to life without any explanation (Cough cough- SIRIUS), if you haven't actually read all the books, if you don't know what ooc means, or if you do but your characters still act totally different than those in books (snotty Hermione, stupid or power hungry Dumbledore, wildly, agressively rebellious Harry, etc etc etc), if your chapters are less than 1000 words long, if you don't spell check, if you take the script from your fav book or movie and just substitute the character's names for those of the HP characters... there's a million ways to recognize bad fanfiction, these are just a few. I'm taking all the worst ideas I've seen (and many of my own) and putting them all together in one great (or truely terrible) fanfiction.
