Hello, I am Duchess.

I live in the U.S. I love to write and read fanfics along with writing my own original work. I've been called many things in my years of life! lol I've been called sweet, funny, stubborn, irritable, a pain in the ass, friend, enemy, girlfriend, kind, generous, bitchy, artistic, imaginative, clever, goofy, nerd and probably anything else you can think of. And I'm proud to say it's all true. I can be a complicated person and an amazingly simple one at times... It really all depends on where the sun is sitting in the sky at the moment. Just kidding, but I can be all of these things. And my stories usually reflect them all! LOL!!

Alot of my friends are amazed how much it does look like me even though Amo has never actually seen me before. I gave her a description of myself and that's what she saw_ Even my family says it looks like me... O_O

I have recently... well, not that recently... discovered that I like Harry Potter fics as well. And I'm even getting into LOTR fics. I had to discover what 'Slash' and 'Mary Jane' (or is it Mary Ann??) meant and found it there. I have also discovered that I like Harry/Draco stories. Now, some of you may think I'm weird because of this, but these stories seemed to be so much more well written and thought out then... oh the usual pairings of Harry/Ginny and Hermione/Ron. I also like Harry/Hermione, Neville/Ginny, Hermione/Ron (when its well written), Fred/George/Katie/Angelina (and no, not all four of them together... lets not get freaky, kay), I even like the Snape/Hermione as long as shes of age and either is in her last year of school or have already graduated from Hogwarts. I also like Dumbledore/Minerva as long as its not graphic... AT ALL GRAPHIC! EWW! He's older then my Grandmother! And I CAN NOT STAND Hermione/Draco. This will never work! While I can see them becoming friends, even really good friends. I can not see them romantically inclined. There is just something blocking that! I can see Blaise/Hermione and Draco/Ginny, but I have come to the highly researched conclusion that Harry and Draco belong together! lol
