As far as I know, I am the first official Shane/Dustin writer. I'm slowly but surely trying to bring in converts. I've also developed a fondness for Rocky/Adam, Sky/Bridge, and Sky/Jack (Don't ask). My tastes in genre are pretty broad, and depend on my mood. I'm open to different couples as long as they're written believably and I do my best not to be upset at character bashing. While I do it in regular life, I try to be fair in my stories. I figure that every character is someone's favorite for some reason, and I know it annoys me when Justin is portrayed as a whiny brat who can't do anything right. I have an odd fascination with homosexuals, yet for some reason are oblivious to their presence. I'm becoming infamous for my lack of gaydar. My friends seem to think it's the funniest thing in the world. The true irony behind this is that I grew up homophobic. Fanfiction and a dear friend coming out forced me to rethink a lot of my views. Somehow, I became what I am now. I don't know how, either. A word of caution: almost anything I write will have homosexual relationships, and occasionally foul language. Almost, mind you. I'm sad to admit I have my bad days, just like the rest of us. If you don't like or can't accept such things, I suggest you make yourself scarce. As for my stories, just about anything I write is also AU. There are some concepts I don't agree with, so I tend to expand on what they started, and turn the entire series into a completely different universe. The cannon timelines still exist; I just choose not to acknowledge them. I honestly can't think of any series I've written without doing that to it. Though for some reason, I also have a habit of developing a second generation for my favorite shows. I don't know why, either. Besides that, I seem to be extraordinarily mean to my favorite characters and make them go through some dark trauma to prove how cool they are. -Shrugs- In the immortal the words of a friend of mine, I respond well to bribery. Reviews, pocky, and Shane/Dustin stories count as bribery. I DO NOT abandon my stories. But rather than keep staring at one I can't get any ideas for, I move on with new ideas as I get them so that above all, I'm still writing. If I have a story you particularly love that still isn't finished and you want to see more of it, -Glances guiltily at FtD- leave me a review and complain! Ask questions about what's going on in the story, about something you'd like explained or just what's going to happen next that you'd like to see. Nothing gets me more inspired than questions from reviewers - it's where half my ideas come from. So don't give up! I WILL finish the story you like! ...
