Updates: Given that I haven't posted anything in nearly a year, it rather speaks for itself. The problem I've encountered is undoubtedly the same as thousands of other fanfic writers in that it's much easier to start a story than finish one. Since I made a pact with myself to not post anything until it's complete to avoid unfinished messes like those below, you can expect little in the way of updates forthcoming. Sorry about that.

I'm twenty, live in the UK and write almost exclusively for the Harry Potter fandom because there is so much you can do with the universe, and there's such an active community surrounding it. My fanfic tastes run along a similar vein to most of Darklordpotter . net - check out their excellent archive of stories for decent independent and dark!Harry fics.

The Stories:

'The Dimension Shift' is newer. I like it a lot better, and the plot I mapped out is pretty sound, but I wasted too much time trying to make things realistic instead of going for the gratification of having Harry screw a few people over and learn magic at a slightly accelerated speed. It's also ridiculously long and convoluted.

'In The Company of Secrets' is old. I began writing it two years ago as a half-joke where I sacrificed quality for quantity, and literally pushed myself to write as much as I possibly could in as little time. And...er...it rather shows. I wrote it for fun, so if you enjoy it you enjoy it, and if you don't...no real loss.

If I ever abandon the stories I have posted, I will make sure to post the rest of the plot in short form so you'll know how it ends.
