I'm currently working on a new story, a Ranma/Sailor Moon crossover inspired by Carrotglace's Insertion and Hybrid Theory. The basic Plot is that Ranma gets thrown into Sailor Mercury's head through the machinations of the God Mercury. I'm currently Plotting the whole thing out and working on the second Chapter. I don't want to start posting until I get most if not all of the first arc completed. As it stands the First arc is more than 25 chapters, each over 10,000 words. This is going to take a while. This story is called Practical Mythology, and it's interesting to write for me for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that I get to completely reinvision the Sailor Moon Mythos after the Beryl Arc. I'm using a combination of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (the live action sailor moon series) The Sailor Moon Manga, The Sailor Moon Anime, and Classical Greek Mythology.

I'm writing this story for several different reasons. This is the first story that I'm putting serious effort in as a writer, and it's also a story in which I'm using a couple of things that I learned as a proof reader. I'm doing this so that I can learn and grow as a writer, so that I can learn how to write great fight scenes, and splendid character development. The people over at Fukufics have been a great help. Especially Josh temple (who wrote The Return).

I hope you all enjoy it now that I've posted it.

For those of you hoping for more of my other stories, I might get around to them at some pont, but looking back on them now that I've started writing Practical Mythology, the writing looks immature and juvenile.

The Next Chapter of Practical Mythology should be out sometime soon if all goes well. It's completely planned out, I just need to get into writing it.
