A little about me...

I am twenty nine years old. I live in a strange small town just outside of Ottawa Ontario. I live for music and it really inspires me in most aspects of my life. I am a proud aunt and when I do write kids they are compilation of the kids in my life. I work as a barista at Starbucks and sell Aloette cosmetics but am the most unmotivated consultant the company's ever seen. I cook and bake to stress down; and I love beer and coffee (duh I work at sbux).

Yes, my avatar is a picture of me putting makeup on a guy. He's my bestie's hubby, I did her make up for her big day, and her beau had huge dark circles under his eyes so Aloette lady to rescue!!

I orignally learned to read and write in French so as a result my grammar is a little wonky but I've never found a bata I've trusted and who can keep up with me. So I'm sorry. I also have an eye condition that makes it very difficult for me to read badly formatted fic. I have battled depression in the past and continue to suffer from anxiety problems and that is something that I use in my fic.

I have been writing for almost as long as I can remember but really got into writing fic in middle school, I have notebooks full of X-files fic from those days. I also write a lot of poetry and original stuff and utilize fictionpress and allpoetry. It took me a long time to learn to write for myself and not for reviews. But I still love reviews. Although some of my oldfic is incomplete all of my newfic is completed before I post and I always update daily (barring ff being strange or it's my birthday).

I have been a member of fanfiction.net for a long, long time and it's got some issues but I've also made some amazing friends along the way. I do believe in fic karma, and always try to return reviews, but I really don't watch a lot of network TV, I'm pretty much a history, political science, ect geek.

I have written for various fandoms, starting with the X-files way back in the day, and am currently really into the Criminal Minds. Thankfully this fandom is one of the most supportive I have written for. I am involved in communities, challenges and have made some great friends as a result.

About my Prentiss/Reid series... Normally I do post fic until it's done. Beginning, middle and end, and can be updated daily. That being said I got many ideas for the pairing after the original. Had I know it would be so long I would have posted it as one big fic. So I'm sorry. There's ten parts Wedding Dates Blues, Who Celebrates Six Months?, Drama Love and Parents, Planning the Big Day, Sometimes the Best Laid Plans Bumps in the Road, Developments and Changes, A New Addition, and Growing up Genius then some "M" rated tag alongs Emotional Explosions, A Private Celebration, Newly Wed Fun, Facing Fears.
