I live in Norway, where I work in one of the biggest public libraries in the country. I am the mother of four year old twins, which I am immencely proud of. Between my children, my full time job and my feeble attempts of a Real Life, there is no time left for writing stories. I read a lot though, and the plot bunnies keep jumping. Sooner or later... Sooner or later... Probably later...

We met the young boy Digory Kirke in "The Magicians Nephew" and the old (retired?) Professor Kirke in "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" and "The last Battle". What happened in between these events? Where was his professorate? Could it have been Oxford? Lyra's Oxford (His dark Materials)? Hogwarts (Harry POtter)? Unseen University (Discworld)? Xavier's Institute for Gifted Youngsters (X-men)? Was he a friend and/or mentor of Giles in the Watchers Council (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)? A friend of Mr. Merryman Lyon (The Dark is Rising)? A collegue of Indiana Jones? A friend of Daniel Jackson's parents (Stargate)? Or something else entirely?
I challenge you to write a crossover featuring Digory Kirke, explaining at least some of his lost years.
