This Account: I have been a member of this site since 2003 (I was 11...) and have been a frequent reader but inconsistent writer. I strayed off the site for a few years and neglected my account for awhile but I would say i'm a veteran reader/author and my writing has improved drastically since my first attempts. This account was previously known by quite a few different names based on various obsessions. I was originally known as TKPiper and at the time was a Co-Author at the Kandie_Spirit_Dragon account which is actually still up right now with the same fics. (If you remember Pure Innocence (Charmed), and Clueless (HP), I collaborated and was one of the shameless self insert OCs...) I'll be the first to admit that those fics are definitely badly written OOC self inserts but keep in mind me and my friends were only 12 at the time and they are not meant to be taken seriously AT ALL. Later i was known as Clana_Obsessed dedicated to a short Smallville obsession that was more of a shipper obsession than anything. Finally I've settled with my current ambivalent alias Trigger-Happy03. I tend to write more humorous fics but lately i've decided to tread in more... dramatic areas of writing.

You may have heard about this is you live in the Southern CA area, my school had all of our AP tests canceled due to cheating... which means I have to study for APs... again... But luckily I only have to retake AP U.S. History so it's not all that bad. So far this summer i've visited a few prospective colleges, protested the cancellations of my school's AP scores, was on TV for like 15 seconds for it (hell yeah!), and went to a week long music camp. So... my summer's been fairly eventful... did I mention my principal and a lot of the staff from my school got fired due to the AP fiasco as well? Yeah... "eventful..."
CURRENTLY: Summer is here but i've STILL been too lazy to write!
Current Entertainment Obsessions: Well, it's been 3 years and i'm still and always will be a Browncoat. Ever since I dragged my parents into the movie theater to see Serenity all that time ago and i'm still obsessed with the same thing. I'm not quite as confident as before about our hopes for a sequal but i'm still hopeful. I definitely found a new hero from Firefly/Serenity... SUMMER GLAU! (River was and still is my favorite fictional character of all time after all!) Coincidentally the only new show I have gotten into is Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Yes, I originally only saw this to see Summer in action again but i'm glad I can actually enjoy the story as well. It isn't Firefly (but comparing anything to Firefly would be pointless...), but Summer's terminator Cameron is absolutely AWESOME! Granted I wouldn't watch the series if Cameron/Summer wasn't in it. (Heck I would BOYCOTT the show if Summer got replaced without her consent!) Well I wouldn't wach it nearly as intensely. So yes, currently i am still a Browncoat and a T:SCC fan. (I guess that doesn't mean i'm a TRUE Terminator fan cuz i'm not crazy about the movies... but I really like the show...)
-Speaking of T:SCC: HOLY SHIT these Season 2 promos are driving me up a wall with insanity! Apparantly Cam's all glitchy due to the explosion?? And goes haywire?? And... all these other things! I WANT SEASON 2 NOW!!
-I still love playing video games and am a avid gamer! Still stuck in PS2 era so am currently playing games like Guitar Hero III, God of War 2, and my violent fave Resident Evil 4. (I still pick up Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy VIII once in a while too!) Well i do have a Wii but the only games i have are Wii Sports and Metroid 3. They're alright... but to be honest the novelty the Wiimote setup died out for me 2 days after I got the system!
Current Real Life Interests: I still love swimming and water polo even if i'm not on the school teams anymore :).
I still play the violin and it has been a continuous hobby for me since 4th grade. So that means i've been playing for... 7 years! Music is very important and find it impossible to imagine my life without it. So yesh violin is very important to me and i find being able to play an instrument and read music is a great skill to have. Also it definitely helps if you want some mad GUITAR HERO skills! Who doesn't want mad Guitar Hero skills? Not to mention instant Rock Band skills due to the Guitar Hero Skills and an easy learn for the drums. Yay!
So yeah i'm still in high school and maybe I am a crazy teenager but i'm hardly stupid or immature. I may not be an adult but i would definitely liked to be treated fairly when it comes to any stories i write. Constructive Criticism please, not flames.
STORY PROGRESS
Prophecy: PERMANANT HIATUS. (Current update: Chapter 1)
-I wrote this in early 8th grade... Why have i not deleted this story? I don't know! I will keep it here as an homage to Charmed as it was my first obsession. But... i still hate Charmed now! How could i have even liked that show? The acting is absolutely horrible, the characters are weak, and the storylines are mediocre at best. What was I THINKING?!

NEW STORY IDEAS:
1) Now that Season 1 of T:SCC is over i'm trying to think of a story i could possibly write. After thinking about the overall plot of the show and my minimal knowledge of the movies i realized there really isn't any overarching plot at the moment that can be attacked in a different/unique way with different OCs/Baddies without making it sound totally hokey! And i refuse to due a typical gushy OOC John/Cameron type of thing! And as much as i love one shots i have yet to see a good long story that doesn't go over the top with shippiness/OOCness! So what is the only thing i can think of?!
A story of the origin of Cameron based on TOTAL speculation! Granted i know this has been done before but i'm making this a much longer story that describes how Cameron came to be reprogrammed/part of the resistance and the progression of Future!John's interesting relationship with her. Honestly, the origin of Cameron and her relationship with Future!John is the most interesting aspect of the show for me and i will hopefully be able to plan and write something complete. However, knowing my track record... it's unlikely! But with T: SCC on hiatus for now i need to do something to help ease the wait! As for the inevitable J/C question i'm leaning to making it a story about a building friendship/camradarie rather than romance. But maybe if you squint real hard you may be able to detect a little bit of romance (and yesh i know the fandom is still in its infancy but i really want to see some long stories with actual dramatic plotlines that don't include tons of fluff/shipperness...)
Yes so basically the story of Cameron starting from her original capture through an in depth speculation on the development of her and Future!John's relationship and probably ending with her being sent back in time. Of course i don't know if she was actually reprogrammed/captured/ whatever but that's what makes her character so awesome in the first place!
2) (Title: Paradox) Somehow I really want to do a Firefly/Terminator: SCC crossover. How will i do this?! I don't know! Cuz the only possible connection is that Skynet actually destroyed the earth. And to explain the Cameron looks exactly like River angle would be interesting... (lol...) Hmm. well maybe i can say Blue Sun is actually Skynet and they made a robot that looks like River?? Um yeah this one is gonna be INSANE if i actually figure out some sort of plot. The Firefly universe simply has much more to play with than the terminator universe. The Verse' is wide and expansive and can really be anything, with Terminator seems like there is only one way to go; skynet, robots, future, and time travel. And this does get boring, so i wanted find a way to meld the expansive Firefly future with the fairly limited one of Terminator: SCC. I don't blame SCC though, as it is so young and all. But... the premise itself is actually limiting. But that would mean i would have to use the infamous annoying, head ache-inducing time machine... Ughz... i'm getting a migraine already!
-PROGRESS: I have actually written and worked out part of this story! I have tons o' ideas! I have a title, Paradox, and i have all the characters and main plot points i want to do. The problem is i'm having a hard time organizing it considering that there are going to be 10+ characters in the mix. Considering this is after Serenity there will be 7 Firefly characters and since i am actually USING Agent Ellison in this there will be 5 T:SCC characters. Another ugly problem is the fact that i simply don't know the characters of T:SCC that well (i.e. John and Sarah). Mostly do to the fact i have never seen the terminator movies. I only saw about 40 min. of T2 and i saw T3 when i was ten and I even thought it was rubbish at that age... But from what i've gleaned from my small recent viewing of T2 i have a general idea about John and Sarah. So i'll most likely be taking the characterization from what i know in T:SCC. The Firefly characters i know like the back of my hand. Cameron i'm pretty sure i can get considering she's my fave character in T:SCC and Elison and Derek should be alright. Anyway, away from my rambling i hope to have a chapter of this fic up soon.
3) (Title: Bonding) Yet another idea for a T:SCC fic, i wanna do one about Derek and Cameron. But it's not gonna be dark and the two won't hate each other. Wow that's new huh? Honestly, i'm tired of seeing fics where either Derek abuses/kills Cameron vice versa! Why can't these two develop at least a platonic friendship? Well THAT is what this will be. Yes I understand they have a bad history but i wanna do something different where they learn to like each other and do some bonding! Sure they may hate eachother at first but that is going to change! Muahaha...
4) ANOTHER T:SCC fic and another humorous one. Cameron gets a puppy. Yes it's that simple. I've already heard this idea from the T:SCC Wiki but no one has actually written it soo... :D and I got some good ideas for it. evil laugh

Obsessions/Favorite Fandoms,Characters Etc.:
Alias: Good for Seasons 1-2! The later seasons were mediocre but the adventures of Sydney Bristow was definitely some great TV. You gotta love awesome wigs, costumes, and crazy plot twists/cliff hangers every five minutes! Sydney Bristow/Jennifer Garner and Alias revolutionized the TV action heroine in a similar way Buffy did a long time ago. Still love this fandom! (Yes, I still hate that Lauren Reed! And, I have actually seen the episodes she was in and damn, my hatred was DEFINITELY spot on! Evil!!)
Battlestar Galactica: I don't have a particular love for this show but i'll give it kudos for being smart and gritty. However, i don't find myself loving or growing attached to the characters like i do in Firefly or even T: SCC. The lack of humor is really apparant and it is always depressing. Some of the acting also leaves a lot to be desired... Definitely has some thrilling moments though! I liked Sharon and Starbuck. I guess i have a thing for conflicted robot characters but oh well! (Not that i'm saying Starbuck is a robot...)
Firefly/Serenity: Firefly is my love and obsession. YOU CAN'T STOP THE SIGNAL! Damn you to hell FOX Execs! Sadly I even attempted to "boycott" FOX by refusing to watch anything on it for about 2 years. Of course this wasn't really helped by the fact that my whole family still watches American Idol but I was so bitter i stayed away from the channel all together! I even skipped FOX channel 11 every time i was channel surfing! I didn't even start watching FOX egain until Terminator: SCC came on. And that's only because Summer was in it and it was mildly interesting. Heck i didn't even break my boycott for Nathan's Drive or Gina's Standoff!
Ahem... anyway... My fave characters are River Tam and Malcolm Reynolds. Number 1 is River if that isn't already obvious. I can't really see how you CAN'T like River! She's my favorite fictional character of all time for numerous reasons whether it be her sweet but crazy ramblings, her awesome one liners, her ability to kick everybody's butt, or her shiny dancing skills! Something just makes her character so endearing to me more than any of the others. I guess i can relate to her the best as i've always felt like somewhat of an oddball. The rest of the BDHs are incredible as well and i would love to see Serenity flying again one day.
Unfortunately that dream is fading fast and my browncoat determination is slipping. But i am still semi-hopeful that one day we will see a Serenity II! And when and if that day happens i know that it won't be dissapointing!
Futurama: I absolutely love this show! It's hilarious and it sucks it was cancelled! No offense, but i like it way more than Family Guy. I'm glad it was picked up by Comedy Central! Whee!
Gilmore Girls: This show is hilarious. I still have a soft spot for it, however i lost interest midway through season 4.
Heroes: This show is... alright... i didn't really get attached... I really liked the episode Company Man in season one and was really only impressed with that one episode. Every week after that episode I came to the show expecting more and it NEVER delivered. The only thing this show is good at is building up suspense! Not to bash this fandom but it's probably the most overrated/overhyped show on right now. I didn't bother tuning in to the rest of season 1 and ignored 2. I didn't have to, i already predicted what happened!! Characters are not compelling enough and they are not complex enough to hold my attention. Actors are fine, but the producers need to learn to focus on a few characters at a time! There are simply too many characters and none of them get developed well enough. I liked Claire before but she rapidly became a general Macguffin for the whole series and i'm tired of her being the damsel in distress when she is freaking indestructable! Let her make her own decisions/fight dangit!
Final Fantasy: I love this series but i have this sneaking feeling i will hate FF XII so i'm avoiding it. (from what i've heard I think it's the right decision...) From what i seen i already don't like it. I played it for like 20 minutes on my friend's copy and honestly i hated it. FF VIII is my fave followed by FF X. Squinoa is the only real couple that i totally ship and i love the plot of X. Yay for video game drama!
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: One of my new obsessions this show totally OWNS! I love it! I'm in the camp that says Summer Glau kind of steals the show but I don't have anything against Sarah/Lena or John/Thomas and they're great but Cameron is simply a more interesting character... I saw about 45 min. of T2 of the original Sarah Connor and i wasn't TOO impressed. She was one of the first female action heroes and yes she was bad ass and yesh she was intense and morally conflicted but... I dunno! (River Tam is cooler :D) But anyway, all the characters are great in their own way.
And about all the bad rap about Lena and how she's "not as good as Linda Hamilton" it's just RIDICULOUS! Maybe it's because i saw Lena's portrayal first or whatever but i think she's just as good if not better than Linda. Anyway they play the character differently as it should be! I wish all the "hardcore" fans (or fanboys...) would stop moaning about it and accept T:SCC the way it is. And all the Arnold fans? Ugh! Dude he freaking took away the freedom for students to eat what they want (in turn forcing us to pay for overpriced "health food" that is NOT HEALTHY!) and he's making massive budget schools to the California Education systems forcing schools to fire teachers and cancel numerous classes and programs! The Governator is not exactly on my fave list right now! I mean 20 MILLION DOLLARS OUT OF MY SCHOOL DISTRICT ALONE! UGH! I can't stand it! It's just lucky i'm a senior next year. I feel bad for the incoming freshman!

Alias: Sydney and Vaughn, Irina and Jack. Yes Syd and Vaughn had a majorly bad fallout in season 3 but that was just a stupid way to keep them apart a while longer! (Season 3 was bad... So bad...) Irina and Jack were great and their relationship was definitely an interesting one. Yay for SpyFam!
Battlestar: Sharon (i.e. Athena)/Helo (i.e. Carl) I dunno why i like this couple in particular... I never cared about the other ones i just like this couple since they basically defied all odds and were able to stay together (or so it seems so far...) in the end! And they had a kid! Aww... I mean who cares if Sharon is a Cylon?? I sure as hell don't!
Final Fantasy X: Tidus and Yuna otherwise known as Tuna. Nothing really to say... they're just cute together!
Final Fantasy VIII: Squall and Rinoa otherwise known as Squinoa. This is the only couple I really ship and I absolutely love the both of them!
Firefly/Serenity: All Canon, i.e. Mal/Inara, Zoe/Wash, Simon/Kaylee. (not in a shippy way) For the Nons: Mal/River, Jayne/River (I like either if it's written well and not smutty and graphic... But only in fanfics. Otherwise I'd rather it be a platonic friendship between River and Jayne and a more Father-Daughter relationship between Mal and River.)
-At this point I kinda like the Mal/River angle more than the Jayne/River angle. Maybe because in Serenity it was practically SCREAMING Mal/River? I dunno.

Terminator: SCC: I'm totally ambivalent toward the John/Cameron romance. I'd like it if there were one and i'd also like it if they stayed friends. I just love their relationship in general. And for some odd reason i actually LIKE the Sarah/Cameron couple, but only in fanfic land. I usually don't like slash couples but this one i can live with! Probably due to the awesome chemistry between Lena and Summer. Honestly i like their relationship. They don't have to be a couple! But i cannot abide smut of any kind. Especially all the slash smut between these two floating around. But yah know... don't like don't read. But I am totally in the camp that doesn't want Derek to be with anyone, especially Sarah. He can stay solo. (...please?)
