I have officially decided to put Collateral Damage on permanent hiatus due to the inactivity for so long. My desire to finish the story is nill and all my notes for it have been lost to the recesses of my files. AKA I don't know where they are. I am very sorry for those of you who dearly wished that I continue it, but I have moved on and do not desire force myself into finishing something I have no heart to finish. To the anonymous reviwer Trigger, I am sorry you're so displeased with my record of unfinished stories. However, I feel I must let you know that the only story of my top four I have cold turkey abandoned was Collateral Damage and I've already explained myself here in my profile as to why I have put it out to pasture. Shoots and Ladders, Domestic Liberation, and Small Favors are in one way or another still alive and kicking and I have every intention to finish them, though how long it will take is anyone's guess. I do not have nearly as much time, or much time as all, to devote to writing and updating as I did when I first began writing those stories but little by little I do in fact work on them. The new chapter for Shoots and Ladders is still in production due to a writers block. Yes a writers block. One I am trying to plow through it, despite what your review implied. I found your review to be more or less rude and condesending. Add to which that you did so anonymously and posted said review to three of my stories, it's easy to say I was not at all impressed. If you believed insulting me (which you have indeed done, so congrates to you) would somehow inspire me to 'prove you wrong' and suddenly release a tidel wave of updates, you sorely mistaken. My life is ever evolving and it requires that I be apart of it. Sucks becoming an adult that way. When I have time to write and when I feel like I can write, I will. I will not force myself to update with some half hearted piece of fluf for the simple sake of updating. I do not work that way. I don't force myself to finish something when I have barely an idea or none at all. You get shit when you do that. And writing is now my only hobby as my deviantart account suggests. If you want to know the reason why I haven't updatesd, it is because I've been spending a good deal amount of these past few months drawing and painting and working with the art community as well as studying cake decorating and techniques, seeing as I plan to go to pastry school within the next couple years. And yes, it is indeed fortunate that those who go on to become published authors do not let there writer's block stop them, but I am not a published author and for the moment have no intention to be. I do this for fun and the love of telling stories and exploring Transformers. It is times such as these when it becomes not fun and it definitly does not make me want to write, that's for sure. Sorry to disappoint, but I am very much still working on my writing, albiet may be at a much slower pace than what you like, but we can't all have what we want now can we?
