Hi! My name's Patrick, and this is my little corner of FF.net. I'm 17 years old at the moment (as of today, December 15th, 2004) and a second-year in college, majoring in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. I'm a hopeless otaku (aren't we all, who write for the anime sections?) currently hooked on Ranma 1/2 and Rurouni Kenshin; heh...blame it on the red hair of Ranma and Kenshin...that attractssome sort of attention....and wipe those hentai grins off yer faces, lol.

Yup. Especially you, Kuno. Anyways, I also practice martial arts, which might explain just why I like these two series so much (incidentally, Kempo and Iai-Do - which is also known as the art of drawing the sword, or, in RK terms, battojutsu. And, no, I didn't take them up after I read Ranma and RK, I actually practiced them before I ever heard of Ranma or Kenshin.) I'm a little short, play the piano...and just ran outta ideas what to tell you. Seriously, my life isn't that interesting. *Glances at a bunch of angry girls in Senshi outfits* Uuuh....right. *Glances to the other side, at an angry hanyou with a big sword*

I'll admit, I also like using the cast of Sailor Moon and Inu-Yasha occassionally *dodges flying magic attacks*

All right, all right, I use them fairly often. Heck, it started with a girl in my Iai-Do class making a comment about Inu-Yasha's swordsmanship (which, no offense to Rumiko Takahashi intended, sucks. I mean, the Tetsusaiga is like Sano's Zanbatou, for Pete's sake!). If you want to find out more about that, I suggest you read "The Wacky Adventures of Psycho Ari" down below. *POOOF*

True, Ami. Anyway. Due to the fact that I also spend most of my excess time - when I'm not writing fanfiction, that is - on researching and developing all sorts of stuff (totally harmless! I swear!)

*Sweatdrop* All right, not so harmless. Not-so-don't-copy-it-in-your-kitchen-children harmless. Some weird sci-fi stuff like a crystalline-matrix polycarbonate compound (based upon Bill Hartwell's Sailor Moon piece "The Demon Hunter's Journal", which can be found at www.macmanusnet.net), said Matter/Anti-matter fusion chamber (gee...Star Trek again), and other things.

The pairings you'll find most commonly with me! Actually, let me start with the pairings you won't find with me, cause it's shorter.
You won't find:
Akane/Ranma (or very little. I'm not a great fan of Akane and Ranma. I've seen excellent fics with that pairing, but I can't write them.)
Kagome/Kouga (same reason as above. I can't picture it well enough to write it.)
Belldandy/Anyone-other-than-Keiichi (That's just wrong. Belldandy and anyone else is wrong, wrong, wrong.)
ANY slash/yaoi. (I don't write many R or above rated fics, and I am not a great fan of those pairings. Yuri is only marginally better.)
What you WILL find (aka favorite couples):
Kasumi/Ranma (Perfect couple, I think. The wild horse and the center of calm and peace in Nerima? Some of the best alternate pairing fics
I've read feature Ranma and Kasumi.)
Setsuna/Ranma

Erm...right. It seems at times like they fit. They're both lonely, and aren't allowed to show any weakness. He needs someone

Rei/Ranma (They make a nice, hot-headed couple, don't they? Fire and fire...heh...just hope I don't burn myself writing this.)

A little stray thought from the Kyoto Arc. Kenshin and Misao spend a lot of time together, don't they? It leavesthe plot open for a Kaoru/someone else. And I think the itachi would look cute with Kensh...
