Author has written 22 stories for Book X-overs, Harry Potter, Battle Royale, Hunger Games, Lord of the Rings, and Carrie. Well,what can I say? I'm a single guy, older than I like to admit to (but I look younger, my family keep our youth well) living in North-Central Iowa. As you can probably tell, I'm big into Harry Potter and Battle Royale. My interests include history, foreign cultures (particularly East Asia), firearms and weapons in general, SF and fantasy of all types, role-playing games, and true crime; however, just about anything can capture my attention. My favorite authors are probably S.M. Stirling, Harry Turtledove, Robert Heinlein, and Lois McMaster Bujold, but that list could change at any time. I'm multilingual--I speak reasonable Mandarin Chinese, and can read and write it to some extent. I also have some German, but it's rustier than I like. Currently, I'm between jobs--my brother and I finally sold our rental real estate after years of trying to make a go of it. I've been a working freelance writer in the past, and would like to get into ghostwriting. Unfortunately, there are so many scams out there to prey on would-be writers that I'm extremely wary of trusting anybody. | |||||||||
