Author has written 1 story for Pretender. Update as of January 13, 2007 A recent review brought to my attention a mix-up in the order of one of my chapters. Chapter 22 is split into four parts, and for some reason or other fanfiction.net insists on ordering them incorrectly, even when I re-uploaded them. Sorry about any confusion this causes, just follow the title of each chapter, and you should be reading them in the right order, thanks. Remmy Update as of December 2, 2006 Holy flaming pop-tarts Batman! The second book in the new fic is finished! Now if only I can finish the third... Update as of March 5, 2006: Hey everybody, So, I recently recieved some mail inquiring as to whether I would ever post another story again, or if I had perhaps dropped off the face of the planet and now resided in some strange Where's Waldo book (the thought of which I happen to find very funny, and plan to try to do some time in the distant future). The answer, as you can see, is that I am in fact, still alive and I plan to stay that way for a while. I am still writing and reading; the former just happens to go more slowly than the latter. The fanfiction that I promised and began some time in early 2005 is still in the works, and to the point where I'm beginning to think that it actually might end eventually. That's really all that I can say on the matter, and for that I am truly, sorry. Things might slow down a bit in the near future due to SAT testing and AP testing at school, but I will endeavor to keep working at the rate which I have been (by the way, surprisingly faster than you would think, given the results you haven't seen). If anyone wants to drop me a line, my e-mail is displayed above. -Remmy
Might as well give this a shot... Hi, well I guess I can't say I'm new to all of this anymore. I got into this, whatever this is, about 2.5 years ago. I came across fanfiction during one of those slow summers when J.K. Rowling hadn't published her latest installment yet, as embarrasing as that sounds. I can now say that I have one completed story in my arsenal, and am now learning from the many mistakes that I made whilst writing it, so let's hope that I get better with time, like wine, cheese, and music. I'm a senior, from the states, I like history, reading, and writing (obviously), and I am hideously poor in my Physics class, which is run by the teacher from the apocolypse. I am the editor of the literary magazine at my school, and much of my time is spent designing master pages in Quark. I think that if I never see that program again I may be very happy indeed. Reviews are much appreciated, but I know that sometimes you just can't move your finger all the way to the friendly purple button, its completly understandable. No hard feelings. I appreciate constructive criticism as much as positive feedback. Flamers will have their message dissected and placed here for all the fandom to see, along with a personal response from me and possibly a review block. You can't say I didn't warn you. Much thanks to Jaccione for betaing for me! It's a big help! Go read her stories! (This advertising isn't blatant at all... no siree...) Current Reads... The Catcher in the Rye, Ender's Game, Heart of Darkness, Jumper, Red Dragon, A Streetcar Named Desire... Hmmm. Anyone else sensing a pattern here? The Once and Future King, The Count of Monte Cristo, Catch-22, Dracula, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Citizen of the Galaxy, The Subtle Knife, Maximum Ride, Among the Hidden, The Stolen Child, The Color of Magic, Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy, Eragon, The Keys to the Kingdom, Night, Jumper, Reflex, Pendragon, Odd Thomas, Running with Scissors, The Boy from the Basement, Taken, Interview with a Vampire | |||||||||
