Author has written 6 stories for Movie X-overs, Halloween, and A Nightmare on Elm Street. My name is Robert Martin, and I'd like to welcome you to my page. Now, all these available here were written in in a matter of a few months, and all are the first draft of the story. I really wish I could say I could update them, but with my job running my life completely, I have little time to do anything, especially my not-so-flourishing writing career. A few notes on these stories: Halloween Trilogy: Halloween: Reborn is the first horror story I had ever written, but not the first I had ever invisioned writing. The entire story I created on whim, so if there's some factual errors to continuity, please forgive me. This story is the first part of the series, so if you intend to read any of the three, start here. Halloween: Revelations is the second Halloween story, the follow up to Reborn. I personally feel I got in over my head with plot here, and took several wrong decisions. I'd like to thing the main revelation is an original idea, but someone has probably had a very similiar idea and used it alot better than I did. Halloween: Redemption is currently only half way completed. I've got the entire story outlined, so it's not like I didn't intend not to finish it, it's just a huge task. I feel this is my worst story yet, and as such, that's why I'm not so enthusiastic about completing it. Freddy VS Jason 2: Michael Myers Revenge. This is another huge task in the making. I've also got this one somewhat mapped out as well, and this is a project I really want to get under way, but the enormous size of the project (I've written several offline chapters that mysteriously disappeared, including a important "death" chapter and a original character introduction as well), which features over thirty leading characters, not to mention a battle of bohemuths, Jason and Michael Myers. Dangertainment series A side note about these; I hated Halloween: Resurrection. I think it's the worst of all the sequels, and has a sort of joke, I decided to follow in the footsteps and write several horror stories featuring the idea of visiting horror villains former homes, and people dying. As such, here's the list: Episode 2: A Night At The Bates Motel Believe it or not, this is actually a three-way crossover; Halloween, Psycho, and Friday the 13th! Originally the premise would feature several young adults having a party in the Bates Motel, and subsequently dying. The Motel is seldom featured in three chapters (if memory serves), and the only thing that actually survived the original concept was the ending. The Dangertainment concept merely worked into the project, and let me get it off the ground. Episode 3: An Elm Street Massacre A more of less pun of the previous volume, this time at 1428 Elm Street. Plenty of dream-esque dreams, some so fucked up even I had a shock when I thought of them. Episode 4: The Return of Jason Voorhees (currently unavailable) This is my current project which I was hoping to have out by today (Halloween), but got stuck in the middle of writing it. I got a summary, and when I finally finish it, it'll be here for all to read. Well, that's it for now. Catch you later. | |||||||
