It' been a while since I've been on. -_-
I was known as the anonymous Wolfgirl. Now I’m Wolfgirl13. cheers
Age: N/A
Gender: F
Fav fandoms: Detective Conan/Case Closed, Rurouni Kenshin, Inuyasha,
Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto (manga b/c don't think the anime is that good),
and many small others.
I’ll
warn you right now. I’m more of a reader, not a writer but if do get to
write a story and get some good reviews, then I’ll try to update when I
can.
I'm the type of person who enjoys anything well-written or
introspective, and I love stories that have engaging plots and are
well-written. I kind of pride myself with my Favorites page, and I try to only put the best stories there.
Here
are 7 honorable mentions of the moment and if you want to take the time, you
won't regret checking them out! See my Favorites page for complete summaries and other great stories as well!
1) NARUTO For the Love of my Friends by Foxie-sama = NaruHinaFor Naruto, time was always of the essence, especially when
he knew everything that would come to pass and only had a certain
amount of time to change it all.
-I can truly say that this is THE BEST 'goes back in time with
future knowledge' theme. Everyone is in-character and the plot is well
wriiten. A masterpeice in the making.
2) CARD CAPTOR SAKURA Mischevious Love by StarJade = -You
will find this much better than the summary, this is one of the
rare-crack fics that has an actual followable plot (sort-of). I
promise, you will laugh a lung up! No joke. A childish if extremely
humerous story, maybe I'm still young at heart but I recommend it. It
is SO well-written for its genre. Two boy pranksters who go-way over
the top if not in too harmful of ways on a regular basis. Two new girls
students who have just moved, and even if they are new, are not about
to take any crap from two boys. Confused feelings, grand-standing, and
outrageous exagerrations of characterization make this surprisingly
very funny.
3) NARUTO Loophole by leafygirl = Sakura
formulates her own plan to get Sasuke back. Unfortunately, using Itachi
as part of the plan is a huge gamble. Itasaku
-A
definitely darker story, this isn't one for faint-hearts, although
there's nothing too explicit. What I like about it, is that it takes an
EXTREMELY improbable pairing, and makes it happen. Intense, realistic,
and very well-written, the entire story's setting revolves around two
characters who balance on the edge of knife, bound by having no other
choice than to depend on the other's word. It is the personification of
making a deal-with-the-devil, and selling-out-to-the-enemyfor reasons
of the heart. And of course, as the title implies, many things can
change and there are many types of loopholes.
4) INUYASHA This can't be good by Ithilwen
K-Bane = COMPLETE. Hojo becomes trapped in the Sengoku Jidai: Chivalry
isn't dead, but it sure seems to be asking for it...
-The
summary is self-explanitory, I think. A humor story, this one is just
plain funny. A modern goody-goody two shoes whose mama-taught-him-right
Hojo, with bumbling naivte, finds himself stuck 500 yrs in the past,
where the strong survive, war and civil strife consume everything, and
monsters roam about. His only link is Kagome, and her friends. Shame
the two men of the group aren't exactly pleased to having him hanging
about. In fact, any adult male who cames in contact with him seems to
strangely find the urge to -remove- him. Kagome makes a deal with
Inuyasha that if he gets Hojo back home in one peice, no sits for a week! Decisions, decisions...
5) NARUTO Two Halves by Dame Wren =
Naruto and Hinata are sent away on a long term training mission,
leaving their lives behind for three years. Complete.
-This
is pure romance-adventure, and is simply a fun story involving two
characters who are both such total opposites and yet have so much in
common. Both outcasts and feeling that no-one can accept them, they
find themselves working together in extremely close quarters. Growth
occurs, misconceptions are laid aside, and a previously not-dared-to-hope-for type of unbreakable
trust that only develops in the face of being isolated with only each
other and seeing understanding and a reflection of yourself in the most
surprising of places is formed. A classical story that needed to be
written.
6)DETECTIVE CONAN/CASE CLOSED Relative Truth by Becky
Tailweaver = When your highest goal
is the pursuit of the truth, what do you do when
you find out your whole life is a lie?
Kudo Shinichi
must face the
mystery of his past, but its secrets may shatter all his hopes for the
future. And what of Kaitou Kid...?
-As the summery says, When you spend your whole life, litterally from
the moment you were aware of the concept, living to strip away lies and
reveal the truth, What do you do when you find out that your whole life
is a
lie?
When you find out that the name you held on to so desperately while
being forced to live under an alias, wasn't even who you really were?
What do you do when you realize that your family isn't what it seems,
and secrets are uncovered that make you realize thatKudo Shinichi never
really existed anymore than Edogawa Conan
ever did? That Kudo was a name made up for the same purposes as
Edogawa, to hide dark truths that could result in the deathes of all
those you care about. And why is the infamous international criminal
Phantom Their 1412, Kaitou KID, taking such a personal almost
-protective- interest in you?
7) DETECTIVE CONAN/CASE CLOSED Windfall by Ysabet = A sequel to 'Second Wind' just couldn't resist. Ayumichan has questions... and Kaitou Kid has answers!
-I
can honestly say that for the moment this is my Favorite! Although it
helps to read Second Wind before, its not necessary. You won't find a
better fanfic out there that writes Kaitou KID as a main focus, does it
so beautifully and intertwines it
so artifully with Detective Conan!
A masterpeice already, the author creates the sought-after prized and
rare balance and discretion between character-paced narrative,
well-chosen dialouge, and apropriate inner
thoughts.
Ayumi, yes the very same Ayumi that follows Conan around with the other
two boys Genta and Mitsuhiko, has a chance meeting with Kuroba Kaito
who
is juggling in the park. She is impressed and spontaneoulys asks to be
taught how to do it. Without thinking Kaito agrees, figuring it would
be harmless, and so begins weekly lessons on magic tricks under the
alias Hei-san. Conan however, is -not- pleased to find out that his
friend has obliviously been
taken under the wing of and become the apprentice of the infamous KID.
They both have a -talk- and its decided that for Ayumi's sake the park
will be declared neutral ground, and both Conan and KID declare a
truce, agreeing to be off-duty from their 'jobs' during this time. But
when KID is shot and has no choice but to involve Ayumi, both Detective
and Theif find that they are facing the same enemy, and for Kaito Aoko
and Ayumi, the three are helplessly spiraled down into the truth of
Pandora and why the Black Organisation is after it.
Read this, you'll be thankful you did.
