Author has written 4 stories for Star Ocean, Misc. Books, Avatar: Last Airbender, and Megami Tensei.

About me that is most likely to be relevant/summary:

I've separated my bio into sections for your viewing convenience/pleasure. I am aware that you may or may not want to read long passages about random stuff. Take note of bold font.

I am a boy, currently 16 years of age, and in junior year of high school.

I take all honors classes and play sports all year round (cross country, fencing, tennis). I am quiet and reserved (a bit too much - I get sad at lack of connection with others) and a good impartial mediator.

I've been reading fanfics for at least 9 years. So I have lots of experience in reading fanfics. But not much in writing.

Good reviews really are the best things for most writers (like me), so I exhort you to, on occasion, write good reviews, when you feel up to it. What did the author do well or screw up horribly? Let them know, even if they say they don't like flames, because it's ultimately a good thing to get criticisms. I, for one, would be delighted to receive any kind of review at all. This in part because no one reads my fics, and I am desperate. But I believe many others feel similarly, so do a good deed.

About me in more detail which you may or may not care to know:

I like lots of anime/manga/games, but I'm starting to notice how Japanese cliches can detract from the experience to an American viewer. Anyway, my favorites include: Hayate no Gotoku (anime/manga), Persona 4 and Persona 3 (games), Azumanga Daioh (anime/manga), Fullmetal Alchemist (anime/manga), Final Fantasy X (game), Fullmetal Alchemist (anime/manga), Fruits Basket (manga), Kingdom Hearts (game), Rurouni Kenshin (manga).

However, that list differs from the list of fandoms I explore. And I fandom, I generally mean fanfiction, but fanart and fanvids apply. A list for this would be difficult, because I go on and off of looking through FF.net for fics or through the interwebs for other stuff. Mostly, I just put good authors and fics from this site on alert list. But currently Persona 4 (and some of P3) has captured my full interest.

I'm a very athletic person: I love to do physical things. Sports I like and participate in are: running (yay long distance!), tennis, fencing, soccer, and ping-pong. Tennis is the cornerstone of my athletic life. Is, always has been. But since high school, I've discovered the joys of running.

I also enjoy learning. Mostly about science and history. Also I like English in terms of good writing and reading and vocabulary. I do love good rhetoric. Even in casual writing, I strive to put together the best sentence with the best words. But I still hate homework, of course. I've never felt less motivated to do work. I dunno what's going on with me.

Within the fanfiction realm, I'll read most any type of story (with exceptions). Any well-written stories, really (with exceptions).

I like some pairings, but dislike many, many more. Really, I don't mind any pairings unless I do mind, and ones that I like are just a bonus. The level of romance I'll accept varies greatly from series to series. My FFX interest is filled with dislikes, but I'll accept most any pairing in Hayate no Gotoku.

I do love video games. There are so many good ones. I play(ed) lots of stuff, but mainly RPGs. As aforementioned, I love Persona 4 and Persona 3.

I like reading good fics, so if you want, tell me about your favorites. Message me, if you want. It's not like I can do anything to you over the interweb, and I won't think oddly of you because I myself suggest this.

A musing: I oft hear that "FF.net is the worst pit of bad fanfiction ever". And it's true, because it's the most popular and doesn't turn much away. It's made in a way that encourages anyone to post any works, and, consequently, it gets many newcomers (13-year-old female writers). But there are also many wonderful works to be found, and I'm happiest when I'm reading them.

Anyway, I'd like to spread my findings, which is why all of the fics on my favorites list are at least good, most being somewhere at very good, and even quite a few awesome, although, of course, YourMileageMayVary (your opinions may differ). And my favorite authors write/wrote lots of very good fics, usually short, the best of which I put on my favorite stories list (I don't wanna flood it with all the fics of one author). The problem with my project is that no one ever looks at my bio, since no one ever reads my fics (except for my most recent P3 one - I was very surprised, but then realized it's because the main characters are Minato and Aigis). Quite the dilemma, but I don't care much at this point to do anything about it. If you happen to read this, and agree that my favorited fics are good, feel totally free to spread the word to your friends. No citing necessary.

Current Fanfiction Interest: PERSONA 4. I am stunned by this fandom. Despite having a very small section on FF.net, there are several excellent writers who update on a fairly regular basis! It's awesome!

On the Subject of Everything I've Read or Watched or Played (Personal Discourse on Fandoms/My Feelings):

Persona 4: Absolutely wonderful game. Seemingly lackluster plotline, but fun characters, great mechanics, and an awesome game. I ship Souji/Rise, Souji/Yukiko, Souji/Yosuke (first guy/guy pairing interest... tho I still prefer platonic/not getting super intimate); I dislike Kanji/Naoto, more for HypeBacklash(it's too popular in fandom, I'm sick of seeing it), really. As characters, I like them somewhat, but I really love everyone else.

Persona 3: I played P3 before P4, but love them both, sort of in different ways. Very different moods; both are interesting and engaging (except for long intervals between S.Link action and storyline action; more egregious in P3, I felt). As for romance, big dislike of Mitsuru/Akihiko. I never saw them as having romantic potential. I don't feel too strongly about romance in this fandom, but I'm more than A-OK with various Minato pairings. But I think that any kind of romance between him and Aigis is just weird. My favorite Minato pairing would be him/Mitsuru. Yukari is alright. And since reading Moments by ashfruit, I'm more than willing to look into Yuko =).

Final Fantasy X: Truly what I love about this game is the world of Spira. It is vast and epic and colorful and the music fits so well and it is incredible. I truly admire Yuna and Tidus. And, contrary to many, I like Rikku as well. BUT NOT WITH AURON. OR WAKKA. OR ANYONE ELSE EXCEPT TIDUS. I'm not really into romance for this fandom, but I like Tidus/Yuna, Tidus/Rikku, and maybe Lucil/Elma for the lulz. (Thanks to AuronLu!)

Avatar, The Last Airbender: Only watched through series once, and at rapid-fire pace; therefore, must go back and rewatch at some date. But I loved the show; the plot was interesting and not dragged out to unbearable ends; the characters were fleshed-out and insert verb for attracting sympathy/liking; the action was cool and not exaggerated to unbearable ends; very high-quality show. Was skeptical due to Nickelodeon and didn't watch until about a year ago. Anyway, romantically I'd like to see Toph/Aang and Zuko/Mai (also support Sokka/Suki). DISLIKE ZUKO/KATARA, but this is mainly HypeBacklash. Upon watching of series, I didn't mind it but didn't quite agree that they should be romantically involved, still connected on a deep level but without romance; BUT THEN FANDOM PISSED(ES) ME OFF. Also, Azula, Ty Lee, and Mai were very cool characters.

Naruto: Don't care too much anymore. Read/watched up to pre-timeskip, but know important details of Shippuden anyway due to nature of internet and popular things. Watched up to anime episode around 210 (believe I stopped after Destruction of Konoha conspiracy filler part), and fairly certain that filler ended at 230. Therefore, I endured probably around 70 episodes of filler, almost have right to say I watched the whole thing. Shame. Romance I like: Naruto/Sakura, Shikamaru/Temari. Dislike: Naruto/Hinata, Sasuke/Sakura, Shikamaru/Ino, Kakashi/Iruka.

Hayate no Gotoku: Amazing amazing series, due to setup allowing for nigh all genres to be explored (EPIC). An encompassing humor front, with plenty of comedic romance, and refreshing bits of action and angst mixed in to balance it all out. God, I love the characters. Nearly every single one. Strong supporting cast (although quite large, doesn't feel overwhelmingly so). Unfortunately fandom dictates that Hinagiku take up 60 of focus; I do like her, but I like other characters just as much. I'm fine with Hayate being paired up with anybody, and Hayate/Nagi is my favorite (but I hesitate to call it romance... I want to see them together, and perhaps romantically, but still a different kind of romance than traditional romance (and I refer to modern romance, not Literary Romanticism)). Also am interested in seeing Hinagiku/Miki (blue-hair of the triad) due to sister pointing out that she crushes on Hina after School Marathon. Reading manga scanlated by FoOlRuleZ, but have been spoiled for Athena.

Azumanga Daioh: Despite time, this cherished series will live in my heart for years to come. In general, I love all platonic love between everyone, because this cast is just the best. And I disapprove of most romance, especially Tomo/Yomi. But Chiyo/Sakaki is okay (but not really romantically). As a general rule, I like seeing characters have close, loving relationships. But more often than not, I prefer that love not translating into physical affections. This is why I absolutely love the way the girls interact in X to the Zoltan's fics (go read GodzillaDaioh - you'll be glad that you did).

Full Metal Alchemist: Oddly, a series that I love and for which I almost never delve into fandom. I love science, and scientific magic appeals to me greatly. The setup of this series is fantastic. It's a whole other world, and I love it. But I really really oppose all romance in this fandom (except Roy/Riza). Even Ed/Winry. And as for Roy/Riza, again, it's the bond between them and I don't really need to see it translate to kissy romance.

Harry Potter: With more perspective, I'm not sure how to view this series. Truly, different mood from Japanese stuff. Honestly, I think I prefer the cute and happy and silly Japanese stuff. Why do these friends get so angry and fight with each other? =/. I don't care about pairings in this, but my support goes to: Harry/Hermione (lol at you) and Harry/Luna(?!)(have been enticed by this since reading an amazing Harry/Luna fanfic by Writer Awakened (it's on my favorites list)). Dislike: Hermione/Ron, Draco pairings (character is alright).

Fruits Basket: I liked Tohru/Kyo from the beginning, dunno how I feel about Yuki/Machi because it's really weird and rushed sorta (it's like, Yuki's all "well now I has confidence so imma ask Machi out lol"). Another series I like whose fandom I didn't get into one bit.

Galaxy Angel: Pretty funny animes (characters in random situations; unrelated to plot), stupid-ish manga (plot but crappy execution; managed to find and read 3 volumes only), heard the games were good but wouldn't know/haven't played. Liked the characters of Mint, Vanilla, and Forte, and Milfeulle (and Normad lol). Support Tact pairings in that order (minus Normad). Don't know or care about new Angel Troupe.

Rurouni Kenshin: Despite having superhuman action, this is a very good series. Avoids getting too stupid in fighting (it does, but not overwhelmingly so), and more of a focus on the psychological. Kenshin is an interesting character. Yahiko is endearing. Sano is Sano. Females were a bit whatever. But my favorite part was the Kenshin-during-war part. Good enough to stand alone as series (oh wait - it did. OVAs!). Oh, Tomoe. Theirs was a beautifully tragic romance.

Bleach: This series sucks now, but I've kept up anyway. Was interesting before, but now is the epitome of shonen retard series (equivalent to Hollywood mindless action esplozions movies). Ships: Ichigo/Orihime (but I don't really care), hoping Hitsugaya/that girl (Momo) ends well.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn: A pretty interesting series, but future era is pissing me off. I liked old-school fighting better lol. I picture Gokudera's hair as red, and therefore dislike colored pictures. Also, inexplicably, I uncharacteristically fell very hard in love with Chrome Dokuro. At first sight. Inconceivable that I would do such a thing. Am much too sensible for this nonsense. Yet it happened, and now all I want to see is Chrome doing something. If I read Hitman fanfiction, I would surely go straight for Tsuna/Chrome. (I have not touched this fandom one bit except on one occasion viewing Google images - I read the manga and saw a few group pictures and Chrome pictures.) Yet, I have a very strong and very bad feeling this fandom is utterly and completely inundated with guy/guy pairings of all sorts involving characters like Hibari and Mukuro. Actually, I rather like the interaction Tsuna has with both Kyoko and Haru. A lot better than I expected from a heavily shonen action series. So I would ship Tsuna with any of those three females. ...and now, after considering and putting thoughts to paper (computer, rather), it is much more likely that I will in the close future peruse Katekyo fanfiction.

Kingdom Hearts: Fun games, and if you just think about central plot elements, KH2 was really quite interesting. But then you remember the tedious disney worlds, and the cool but too-easy action of KH2. I mean, some disney worlds were pretty interesting in their own right, but most had at most 3 main plot relevance (Org guy shows up, maybe spews a line about Roxas, leaves). I've felt this way about other games as well; good central story (and subsequent good fanfic material), but annoying to get there. Maybe that's what makes or breaks an RPG, at times. Still, KH were fun games. I don't care for romance in this series, but Sora/Riku is a dislike. Mentions of Sora/Kairi are fine. Have yet to play Chain of Memories or this new(?) 365/2 Days.

Yu Yu Hakusho: Remember this old series? (I was into this when I was 8 - a good 8 years ago lol.) This was a good old series. Superhuman fighting action, but quite good. But abundance of 13-year-old Hiei and Kurama fangirls deterred me from fandom. Interesting characters and fights. Looking at fighting series now, I appreciate the author's tendency to NOT drag out boss fights to unbearable lengths (most of the time?). I recall that anime was bad about this, but manga was not. Recall with fondness 2-panel boss fight: Hiei owns ice-dragon-Saint-Beast-man. True blue realistic fight, rather than dramatic nonsensical crap.

Iono-sama Fanatics: An obscure comedic romance yuri series (all female characters; all femalesexual) that I discovered by chance. Was actually quite good, but short. Beautiful art, pretty interesting and likable characters, good humor. Very light tone, I compared it to Hayate no Gotoku in that regard.

Hayate x Blade: Similar to above Iono-sama, but more of a big lolapalooza. Swordfighting school. Discovered this series by virtue of similar name to Hayate no Gotoku, LOL. Like this pretty well, but few translated chapters found by me (I use onemanga and mangafox).

Fooly Cooly (Furi Kuri, FLCL): I remember when this was shown on Adult Swim; I didn't watch it. Now I wish I did. I want to watch it, dubbed or subbed (I hear the dub was superb). I've read the manga adaptation; it was odd and disconcerting, but left me wanting to view it in anime form. Hopefully I will sometime.

House: A medical drama. Medicine interests me. Psychological foreplay between characters is interesting. I've watched since Season 3 and am glad to finally see some change in the titular character. That Season 5 pilot episode was really fantastic. Reminded me of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.

Heroes: Really cool and intense in Season 1; went downhill from there. It feels like there's no cohesion in this series; seasons feel disjointed, like the writers just want to keep writing in new situations for the viewers' favorite characters to get into with little regard for past events. This show is just stupid now.

Survivor: Reality show, except awesome. Due to actually interesting premise; the game is complex and intriguing. Psychological warfare (not really). Making and breaking alliances; intensive luck and strategy against backdrop of surviving in tropic, wildlife areas and crazy, ridiculous, (and great to watch for viewers at home =D) challenges that push combatants to the limit physically and mentally. You'd think it's easy, but home viewers can neglect to consider the survivors' collective state of malnutrition, dehydration, lack of sleep, unregulated body temperatures, etc. Compelling social, physical, mental, emotional aspects.

Pushing Daises: That show that was really great, but got killed by writers' strike and viewer ratings, and expensive production. Articulate and witty dialogue. AND JIM DALE NARRATES! INSTA-WIN! (the guy who narrates Harry Potter audio CDs; awe-inspiring voice)

Look at my favorite stories list for very good quality fics! Do it!
