Author has written 36 stories for Harry Potter, Teen Titans, Inuyasha, Death Note, Ouran High School Host Club, La Corda D'Oro, and Yu Yu Hakusho. Hmmmmmm... a profile. What goes in these things, anyway? You can call me Artemis. I'm a teenage girl. I'm very tall, have long hair, gray-blue eyes and crimson glasses. I live in the US, in Pennsylvania. I'm smart and sarcastic, and I tend to keep to myself most of the time. I don't really fit into any of the typical social genres, but I circluate and make the necessary friends nonethelss. When I'm not writing or reading, I'm usually surfing the internet, working on my computer, sketching, drawing, socialising with a few friends, or flirting. I have decided to make a plea to all my fellow writers. One day, however, I am planning to write a book, and then write fanfiction for it, and then I can put in the disclaimer: "HA! I DO own everything! Nyaa Nyaa!" But that's probably not going to be for a while, so I don't own anything. Don't sue me. Now what? Okay, favorite pairings, I guess... In InuYasha, I positively adore Kagome/Sesshomaru. Other pairings with Kagome are fine, but Kagome and Sesshomaru are my favorite. Kagome/Kouga is pretty high up there as well, as is Mirko/Kagome. In Death Note, I simply love Light/L, or Raito/L, depending on your translation. They go so well together! Recently, though, I've gotten hooked on L/Near (odd pairing, I know) and Mello/Near. In Ouran High School Host Club, I have a thing for Haruhi/Kyoya and Haruhi/Tamaki, though I'll read anything. Pairing I'd love to see done? Haruhi/Nekozawa. For Harry Potter, I pretty much go for anything with Hermione in it so long as it's well written. If I had to pick a favorite, it'd probably be SSHG. I don't have any problems whatesoever with slash or femmeslash, better known as yaoi and yuri, as you can most likely surmise from my preffered pairings. I write some of it myself, actually. Don't scorn me. Try it. It's some of the best written stuff out there, on occasion, though it often seems to be the worst as well... It's all real here. Tarot cards: Reading tarot cards is a fun pasttime of mine. It's not difficult, once you get the hang of it. You'll see tarot cards in at least afew of my stories. Palmistry: I also read palms. This is where a lot of the information on elements comes from in the story 'Elements', especially the tell-tale hand bit. First lines: You'll also discover that many of my stories begin in similar ways. This is because while I've always been good with the middle and end of a story, the beginnings are where my skill lacks. Starting stories is hard; finishing them is easy. ~Important Notes~ Update Schedule: Updates come when I write, which depends on the weather, my muse, and how much homework I have. I try to follow a regular schedule, but a lot of it varies. Oneshots: 'Oneshots' are just that - a fic that is done in one shot, or one sitting. Ends are meant to be left hanging. That's part of the beauty of it. They let the reader imagine what would happen next. Therefore, no matter how you plead, I am not continuing Osculation or Timeless. Past Fics: I keep all my old fics up, despite the fact that they're crap. It gives me a way to look back on where I started and compare it to where I am now. Therefore, when you flame my old fics and tell me thatthey're cliché and horrible, you're wasting your time. I already know that. NC-17: Fanfiction.net does not accept NC-17 fics.
