For eveyone that was disappointed with Deathly Hallows, you're in luck. I stand by the fact that Cannon ended with Order of Pheniox, and that is how my stories will continue. It felt as if JKR was allowing the chatacters to develop on thier own in books 1-5, but in books 6 and 7 she took the reigns and made them do exactly what she wanted. I stand by the fact that H/HR would have happened if she hadn't changed her writing style. However, that's her perogative, it was her world to mold as she wanted. And that's why I can mold my world as I wish. As I stated in the very beginning I will not abandon my stories... but I do Have this to say to my readers--

AS OF NOW MY STORIES ARE OOC AND WILL NOT FOLLOW CANNON, EITHER IN THE METHOD OF VOLDEMORT'S DESTRUCTION (TO A POINT) AND DEFINETELY NOT IN RELATIONSHIPS. I WILL KILL PEOPLE OFF THAT SURVIVED THE SERIES, AND ALLOW SOME TO LIVE THAT WERE KILLED. BOOKS 6 AND 7 MAYBE USED AS INSPIRATION AND BE PILFERED OF SOME IDEAS, BUT THEY DO NOT FACTOR INTO MY STORIES PLOT LINES. SO IF YOU DON'T LIKE MY PAIRINGS, I'M SORRY BUT THIS IS MY WORLD NOW, HAHAHA.

I hate lovey dovey crap. Sometimes (see potions essay) i do write Fluff, but i refuse to read it. I like action and violence, which means you won't see me in a chick flick anytime soon. Though I can write it, it won't be the main theme in my stories.

I HATE, I REPEAT HATE, FANFICS THAT IMMEDIETLY HAVE HARRY REALIZE HE'S IN LOVE WITH HERMIONE, OR HAVE RON SUDDENLY COOL AND NO LONGER INTO HERMIONE.

I hate Ron, I don't know why, it's just a feeling I've had since I started the series. Not just because of the Whole H/HR OR R/HR controversy. This has been a hate building since the first book, before i chose a ship. I think it's the fact that he doesn't realize how much it hurts Harry when he complains about his family, or how easily Ron gets mad and jealous. Or it could have been him insulting Hermione just because she corrected him and outstaged him in class. Either way I don't like him, but i do write him because truthfully Harry needs him.

Hermione is Harry's rock and logic. She brings out who he wants to be. Ron gives Harry a carefree feeling and freedom. He brings out who he needs to be. Through both his friends he is balanced, you can see this when one of the friends isn't around. Harry is reckless without Hermione around and doesn't really think things through entirely (example: 5th year when Harry locked himself up with Buckbeak.) Harry is serious, pensive, and kind of uptight when on the outs with Ron, (Example: 4th year when Harry and Hermione walked around the lake.)

I may not like him, but Harry needs him. Truthfully until Harry realizes that he needs Hermione and can't stand being apart from her (ex. she starts dating and eats lunch at another table, studies with b/f, isn't around, and misses a quiditch game (she has yet to miss one that Harry's played in, yet she left during Ron's big game), he won't realize he likes her. And truthfully I don't see that happening until the 7th book. Now that's in the books, that doesn't mean i'll hold off on H/HR till then :) in fanfics i like them together as long as it's not like "Suddenly it hit Harry he was in love with Hermione" :shakes head: He doesn't know what love is, i doubt anyone has ever even told him they loved him. Sure Aunt Petunia said it all the time to Dudley, but probably not him. He won't even have a hint of a clue as to what it feels like to be in love. He loved Sirius, but that is of course different love. And I doubt Harry even realized what he felt, just that he trusted Sirius and missed him extreamly, and he barely even knew him. Once Harry learns to trust what he's feeling and not hide it, just imagine what kind of love he could give to Hermione when he does realize he likes her as more then friends.

I hate when R/Hr shippers use circular reasoning to tell me H/Hr can't happen yet R/Hr can. If you believe Hermione wouldn't kiss her crush, then you have eliminated Ron as well. Hermione has in fact kissed both Harry and Ron. Harry more than once. Please, I respect your opinions, and you are free to believe as you like, but do not IM me telling me that Ron and Hermione are destined to be together, because i will argue with you, and so far I've converted 5 people to H/Hr and have made at least 3 doubt R/Hr will last if it happens in the books. If you are a Harry/Luna shipper good for you, I don't agree, but i have read a few fics with this idea.

If you're a Ron/Luna, good for you, so am I.

Now my major problem is Harry/Ginny. Won't go near this pairing. I detest it! She likes him because he's the boy-who-lived. It's hero worship and Harry deserves better. She had a crush on him before she ever talked to him, and continued to like him based soley on his reputation and fame, not because of the kind, caring person he is.

One last thing, Why would Harry's Love be less developed then that of a secondary character? Are the books called "Ron Weasley and the ...", no they are not. And while Cho was a background Character, she didn't last very long as his interest once she was brought to front, was she? We didn't connect with her because JRK purposely didn't want us to. She and other background characters aren't important enough to be as developed as the trio. So why would Harry end up with one? I've said my peace.

Also, I am pointedly ignoring JKRs comments on H/Hr in her interview on Mugglenet.com, plus HBP was very, very disappointing.
