This short fic is about The Host, seen only in four issues of the limited series "Mystique." The Host is too cool to have such a brief appearance in the Marvel Universe, so I'm adding a short piece about her here. (Annoyingly, ff.net wouldn't allow me to write the title the way I wanted - no periods, percent symbols, or dashes.)

This is a short (288 words) fic about a moment in the life of Laura (X-23). 'Mature' content is implied, but then, if you know who she is, you already knew that.

I don't think anyone reads this anymore, so unless I learn otherwise I'll just update at my leisure. I've written far to much to drop it, but it won't take top priority without an audience.
A Road To Aizu
Well, I thought I would re-write all of the early chapters in order to improve them, but I didn't. I fixed my multitude of spelling errors and one minor structural element in chapter six, and that was it. I just felt like I'd stick with my original work instead of continuously going back and re-writing things. I'm obsessive enough as it is, I think. ;)
But, in any case, more Aizu is on the way.
