It's been a ridiculously long time since I last updated my profile O_O. I was thirteen and a sophomore in high school when I posted my first (and only, as of now) piece of fanfiction. Now, I'm seventeen and in my second year of college. Can you believe that? XD

The first fanfiction piece I read was a Card Captor Sakura one, I think. (It broke my innocence, because lo and behold, it was shoujo-ai.)

Location: the Philippines.

I'm a sophomore at the University of the Philippines (Diliman campus), majoring in linguistics. I used to be in an intensive Japanese language curriculum as well, but... I changed plans for reasons I will not discuss here. :3 So yeah, I can read, write, speak, and understand a little Japanese.

This Japanese influence you will also see in many of my interests: anime, manga, cosplay, J-pop, J-rock, bento lunches, lolita and kodona fashion, and so on. I'm not really updated about anime and manga though. Most of the series I like are pretty classic: Rurouni Kenshin, Slam Dunk, Detective Conan. But some are not so old either: Fruits Basket, Peacemaker Kurogane, Yakitate! Japan, Midori no Hibi, etc. Be warned: I'm not the type of anime fan who knows every tiny detail about the series and its characters. Forgive me. TT

Reading is my biggest hobby. I love children's lit; most of my books are novels and short stories for children. I grew up reading Paula Danziger's Amber Brown books and Ann Martin's The Babysitters Club series. I also attended a couple of storytelling workshops when I was younger. Another favorite genre is fantasy (think Chronicles of Narnia and LOTR-ish stuff).

Of all visual art forms, I think photography is my best shot at being an artist. (Sadly, I don't have my own camera.) I really wish I was good in art overall, but... oh well. .Fanfiction Info.

The SanoMeg pairing of the anime Rurouni Kenshin is the best pairing ever (in my world, anyway), and most of the fanfiction I read are SanoMeg ones. In turn, most of the stuff I churn out are SanoMeg as well. So far I only got one story up. But! XD My computer holds a lot of Chapter Ones in its memory. Hahaha! XD I'm going to start writing again. In fact, I've finished this one-shot a loooong time ago but haven't posted it because it's on my laptop.

That's pretty much it for now. I'm sleepy. =_=
