I was into Harry Potter stories back between 2002-2007 but now that the books are over I don't read many nowadays. I've watched over 250 anime in the last 5yrs or so, some ecchi (DearS, Sekirei) but also things like Kino's Journey or Madlax to classics like Sailor Moon and Marmalade Boy. I use this site though to get my normal romance and shoujo ai/yuri fix nowadays though. (Used to be Harry Potter only but as you can tell by my writing preferences lately...) Angst is good too. Especially for Mio and Ritsu. I can't get enough of those two. Also, I love Touhou Project and there ratio of males to females from that series is so huge that I believe the world of Gensokyou to be a yuri paradise. For Touhou I like the pairing MokouXKaguya and MeilingXSakuya the most. And there are plenty of translated doujin for Touhou that are yuri and non-yuri related but in the end are all so wonderful. I definitely recommend reading anything Touhou related. That series has something for everyone regardless of what genre they like. ^_^ Currently I'm working to be an actual novelist and find that writing fanfiction help a lot when I want a change of pace or just have ideas I know can't be used in my novel.
