NOTE- Due to my upcoming wedding, recently purchased house, grad school classes (and teaching in the Fall again), and all sorts of crazy things, I'm currently not working on any of my stories. I hope to come back to them soon, thank you for your patience!

I have loved X-men ever since the original cartoon series was making new episodes. I love Gambit and Rogue (especially when they are together) but that doesn't stop me from enjoying fan fictions with other couple combinations. I prefer reading a well-crafted story above all else. I will admit that I tend to choose the Gambit and Rogue ones more often though (I'm a sucker for them) :-P

Right Side of Wrong: One shot- songfic- Recently I was listening to my friend's Bon Jovi mix CD. Not only did I get her to make me a copy of the CD, but I got the idea for this story. It tells one of the possible outcomes of Gambit's life if he stayed in New Orleans. Personally, it was very hard to write about Gambit being married to Belladonna instead of Rogue:-P

Every Breath You Take: One shot- songfic- Based on the relationship of Cyclops and Jean Grey; Jean’s dead (again) and Scott’s moved on. What would Jean say? Takes place shortly after Jean's (most recent) death. This is what happens when misunderstandings, infidelity, and death get in the way of a marriage. I must have X-men on the brain (duh:-P) because I heard this song at work and I thought up this little story. I know, this is new and very uncharacteristic of me: a story not about Gambit and Rogue! (SHOCK) But I wanted to try something different, and like I said, it came to me.

Picture : One shot- songfic- I came up with this story months ago but it seems appropriate to post at this time when Gambit and Rogue's future seems so uncertain. It's just a little ditty to prove that no matter what happens and what they fight about, they will find their way back to each other.

Crazy for You : One shot- songfic- My first Evo-song fic. In fact this is my first Evo fic put on the site, though I have others floating around, but they need some tweaking first. Got the idea for this while at work over the summer and just got around to finishing it. Tell of how Rogue and Remy’s lives change in a split second during her homecoming dance.

Who gives this bride: One shot- completed obviously. It's my first fanfiction so the basic construction of it isn't great, but I think the essence of the plot is captured nicely. (I'm trying to work at my creative writing skills; I use to enjoy it so much. However years of schooling that have improved my analytical writings have not been so kind to my creative writing.)

Through the Years: COMPLETED- This story is what I'd like to think would happen to the X-men someday. It takes place around the time after the Intifada arc in "X-treme X-men" because that's when I started to write it down:
Part I (CH 1-5)- The Romance of Gambit and Rogue
Part II (Ch 6-8)- Life of the Newlyweds
Part III (Ch 9-16)- Gambit & Rogue return; Two pregnant X-women
Part IV (Ch 17-18)- Baby love

Part VII (Ch 31-35)- The Next Generation Takes Their Place in the World

Wartime in Winter Wonderland: One shot- a light story about how the simple job of shoving snow could turn into an all-out snowball fight for the X-men.

Promises to Keep: One-shot- a simple story about a day in the life of Rogue (set about 2 years after where X-men Evolution left off). It focuses on her thoughts and experiences after a certain visit from Remy doesn't go quite as planned.

A Thief in the Night: One-shot: The thoughts of a Cajun thief as he commits a kidnapping that will alter the course of history.

Beyond the Evolution: IN PROGRESS BUT CURRENTLY ON HOLD- This is my second attempt at an X-men "epic" so we'll see how it goes. This time it's Evo based and takes place right where the series left off. How will the X-men deal with the visions Xavier saw? Read it to find out!
