The homepage link will take you to the Trials of the Four/Anthem of
Kairos (they are the same story for those of you who are confused, I
changed the name) group on Yahoo where I will eventually have the
entire story up until this point posted and more importantly where you
can communicate with me, and I can communicate with you about posting
(or when there is a lack there of).
Well...what exactly is the
point of this bio anyway? I suppose to advertise the fact that we all
have enough time to write or read fan fics and have enough time to
actually bother writing otherwise pointless bios...
But why? I
mean what does it matter that I am an avid video game player who loves
RPGs and 2d platform games (specifically Sonic and Mega Man)? It's not
like most poeple care nor that that matters in any way. Nor that I love
tabletop roleplaying, which I'm sure many of you have never heard of.
And I bet it matters not at all that I am a gay guy nor that I find
those flamboyantly gay people to be the most annoying people in the
universe...
So really...what is the point of this bio? I mean what have I actually said about myself here anyway?
My
thoughts on slash... I have nothing against slash on principle.
Homosexuality exists in the real world so why shouldn't it exist in the universes we write about as well? Just
because most people don't write about it doesn't mean that it shouldn't
exist in a universe. My problem with most slash is it is badly written
and takes the story totally out of context. This
isn't a problem of just slash, most romance fics that are male/female
are just as bad. There is a place for romance and that varies with each
universe. Romance can be done well, as can slash as can anything else.
But please if you are going to write anything of the sort, pay
attention to the universe and unless you can come up with a damn good
reason for something that normally wouldn't happen in a million years, don't do it.
Oh and read my story. :)
Now
that that rant is over and I bet half of you are ignoring me for my
gayness. To those of you who are actually still here after this
pointless bio... My story (ies) is/are (gotta prepare for when there is
more then one so I never have to look at this bio again...unless I feel
like it) below.
NOTE ON OCs: I am a writer who
concentrates on character development over almost everything else. Because
of that I tend to create my own characters. I also like to add new
things to an existing universe and see how they work. Sometimes
they don't and in that case I start over and try again. So expect
that from me. If you want to flame me for this then don't bother
reading my work in the first place. And if you are just looking for
things to flame, then just go away and find somewhere else to take out
your miserable life on. Or better yet, get off of your computer
and see the world. It does exist.
