Author has written 5 stories for Fullmetal Alchemist, and Pokemon. FANFICTION (fān'fĭk'shən) n. 1. a fictional account written by a fan of a show, movie, book, or video game to explore themes and ideas that will not or cannot be explored via the originating medium; also written fan fiction, also called fanfic. 2. an effective substitution for drugsProcrastination: it is a form of inspiration. The fact that a deadline is bugging the crap out of you and making you panic gives you the will to work on that speech or that paper or that project that is worth almost half your grade, or can even determine whether or not you pass on to your next year of school (or graduate if you're that far). This "inspiration" may kick in the week before, the weekend before, or even the night before the due date, and somehow, someway, you get it done on time, and the work is decent enough to slip off with a "B," or even an "A" if you're lucky. The hours of sleep you give up are spent on staring at that vertical blinking line next to your introduction sentence, your mind boggling on what would make a great intro paragraph that would make it look like you actually spent time on the project instead of just bullshitting your way up to the last sentence. You pour your heart and soul and your whole being into getting that project done, and once you are finally completed, relief overwhelms you, and a feeling of accomplishment puts you to sleep with many thanks being sent to God above. While you bask in the glory of saving your butt from an unknown punishment, you send prayers up to Him begging that you get a decent grade and that your teacher won't pull you aside and ask, "wtf is this about?" Procrastination is a form of inspiration, and without it, many successful people today won't be where they are now. That is Jen's epiphany, and this epiphany was the result of Procrastination itself. "Men's natures are alike, it is their habits that carry them far apart." - Confucius "If you stare at a carton of orange juice because it says "concentrate" on it, you might be a redneck." - Jeff Foxworthy "The only other man in this house is the cat, and he had his nuts chopped off." - my dad "Who says dogs don't go to Heaven? They were there long before we were." - unknown l o v e is so hard to find | |||||||||||
