Greetings!

My name is Seraphim, Seraph for short. I'm a fanfic writer, who enjoys to Role-play and draw. My works an interests mainly consist of those from the Final Fantasy genre.. Mainly Final Fantasy VII.

I became fascinated with the FF7 plotline, due to the many openings in the character's backgrounds.. There was just so much I found you could build on! Especially with the untold background story of how the FF7 plotline came to be.

That's what I'm here for. I love to write stories based on FF7's fast, and future. The stories that were vaguely untold in the game itself, leaving you guessing for what REALLY happened.

I'm also a fan or yaoi, and many of my works may consist of yaoi themes, so you have been warned beforehand.

My favorite character in the FF7 game, happens to be Sephiroth.. The antagonist of the game, but not the true villain. Though, as you may notice, once I get my stories up, my interest in writing is usually set around Vincent Valentine.

The enigmatic ex-Turk with a mysterious past. I find Vincent to be the most fascinating of all the FF7 characters, mainly because he is so misjudged. Because he doesn't speak much about himself or speak at all in general, Vincent is sometimes hard to figure out for some.

This is not so for myself, I feel I've been able to connect with his character, due to thorough observation. Vincent is a man still dwelling on the past, and attempting in vain to redeem himself of the sins he feels he committed in the past.

Now, some like to believe that Vincent was the sole victim, besides Sephiroth, of the Jenova project.. I find this simply not to be true.

Vincent was a Turk. And Turks were known to be ruthless gun-totting lapdogs to ShinRa. They weren't paid to listen to the screams if the people they swept under the floor for their employer. They weren't paid to think, only to do. Which is why I feel, in order to cope with his job, Vincent would have had to detach himself from his conscience. Right and Wrong was no longer a factor to him... which thus offset the way he looked at things in the world.

It's apparent in the game that Vincent had feelings for Lucrecia, yet she was still in relations with Hojo. This is where the conscience factor comes in. I doubt Vincent would have thought twice about taking Lucrecia as his own, even if she were already with another man. If he was making her happy, then that was all that mattered.. Whom he was hurting, was not even a concern.

This way of thinking lead him to his demise by the hands of Hojo who bestowed upon him a fate worse than death.. Longevity.

Without the ability to die, Vincent would be tormented in misery for centuries, long after Hojo, Sephiroth, and many of his comrades have already passed on.

The qualities make Vincent an interesting character to work with, and thus many of my stories involve him in one way or another. Though I do write about Sephiroth, and his dear mother Lucrecia, Vincent seems to be my star muse.

My Influences in writing are Rene, known as Seasonofthepumpkin on Fanfiction.net. She portrays Professor Hojo in such a way, you feel you really are seeing his true self. She's shown me sides of him I though could never be there, yet were without my seeing the entire time. She's a fantastic role-player and a great friend, and a huge influence on many of my recent works.

Joel, who taught me how to write like a professional, has helped me greatly over the years to perfect my style and make it unique. I couldn't have become what I am without him.

Amber, AKA Sailor Poison, is a good influence, when it comes to story-lines and plot-advances, and she portrays a wonderful Cid Highwind in all of her stories. She's a wonderful role-player, and definitely an awesome comrade.

Shahni, my love, who shows me the softer more nurturing side of Vincent and always makes me sigh pensively with every post she makes. She helps me when I'm stuck on my dialogue, and is always there when I have a mind-block. She's my comfort, and always knows how to make me smile, now matter how dark the day is.

Celina, my imoto-chan, who's a great role-player and fantastic little sister. The way she describes things in her posts, blows me away every time, and makes me strive to better myself in the way I write. She knows how to make me laugh and always says the sweetest things to me.

I'm also an artist and draw many scenes from my stories and place them on my DeviantArt account, here at http://seraphim-sephiroth.deviantart.com

That's all for now. Thanks for taking the time to read my bio and I hope you enjoy my works!
