A long-time fan of sci-fi, fantasy, and animated film of all kinds--and a Star Trek fangirl and fic-writer in a past life, wa-a-a-y before the internet made it easy to share--I inevitably fell in love with anime and manga when my daughters, Gnine and Xparrot, introduced me to these art forms. Since the long-ago ST days, I've written only a few fics--two long ones as Christmas gifts for my girls. With their encouragement, I decided to post the most recent of those--a MUCH-longer-than-intended Saiyuki story. Not as creative as Xparrot's fic, and rather sappier, but I think some will enjoy. And--just maybe--I'll be inspired and find time occasionally to write something more.
