I hail from California, where contrary to popular belief, it is NOT sunny all year round. I'm rather fond of the rain, though, so it's okay.

I am absolutely addicted to the following: frozen yogurt (esp. pistachio flavored), playing goalkeeper, writing, reading, dancing like an idiot, dry humor, Broadway soundtracks, chocolate,Whose Line, webcomic, Gaiman, Harry Potter books, anything Discworld, Good Omens, sci-fi, fantasy, eyeliner, the Goo Goo Dolls, Jack Russell Terriers, The Boondock Saints, acting, Speech, raspberries...the list runs on and on.

On the Japanese side of the sea, I like a lot of stuff. Well-done dubbing is alwaysa plus, too, which is why my favorites include Chrno Crusade, Saiyuki, and Full Metal Alchemist. Bebop, Trigun, GetBackers, Fruits Basket, and Spiral, if only for the cheesy one-liners. I like any manga versions of the above, plus Yellow, Hana-Kimi, and Eerie Queerie.

My favorite authors are Tamora Pierce, Terry Pratchett, Garth Nix, Charles Dickens, Eoin Colfer, Meg Cabot, Neil Gaiman...the list goes on and on.

I am a slasher. Haters will be toasted. Mmm.
