Author has written 6 stories for Harry Potter. Hello! It has been many many many years since I started fanfiction and I'm afraid that this penname and these stories have rotted away from neglect. They were fun while they lasted. I honestly don't think I will continue any of them. I tried-- I really did-- but it's been too long. I honestly never thought I would post here again, but every once in a while, I get a notification from fanfiction and I can't help but dive back into these memories. It makes me want to start writing again, though I don't know if anything substantial will come out of it. Then again, you never know. Playing the Part - My very first fanfiction ever. I really did like the idea for this one. Or well, I think I did at the time. It was such a long time ago when I started that I don't even really remember where I was going with it. Honestly, I can barely reread this. It's a bit painful to revisit my old writing. I was really hoping to complete it eventually, but it looks like it's better left untouched. Life in the Breakdown - I actually really like this one. It's nothing special, just my take on James Potter and his relationship with the people around him. The way he deals with his life as the James Potter and the way he goes about living his life at Hogwarts. I really enjoy writing it and have recently worked on it more than any of the others. Truthfully though, it probably will never be finished. There's some hope, but I feel like this whole story has morphed into something entirely different and I'm not sure if it's worth continuing. I don't think I really had a solid ending in mind, so I might just make a new story (shorter and much more focused) from its scraps. Green Eyes - This story is dead. I really only meant it to be a short bit of stuff. Nothing terribly big. I wish I could have done more with it, but eh. Oh well, right? Consolation - A little different. Oliver/Katie. Give it a chance. I actually finished this one. 100% finished. I will be editing and uploading until it is complete! That is a first and I have to say, I'm quite proud. I know it's not a hugely popular pairing (not like the standard popular ones, at least), but I think that makes it a bit exciting. There's a little more room for interpretation and creative freedom... which can be good or bad depending of what you think of it. I know there aren't as many readers of Oliver/Katie, but I really enjoyed writing this and I hope there are people out there who will enjoy it too! I'm so grateful for all the readers who continue to read and review my stories. There's nothing better than a little affirmation and I've been lucky enough to get a decent amount of it in the past. I truly truly appreciate it. Thank you, thank you, thank you! | |||||
