The sonic crew tries to dodge a group of mercenaries who are trying to kill sonic. And after one of the members of KMA are captured, Eggman sends in his own assassin. Now things have gotten a lot more vicious.

To destroy one evil, he used a greater evil. The Hero of Time conquered the great Majora using the ominous power of an enigmatic mask. But the power it held scared even the Hero. So he bansished it so its terrible power could never be used again.

Now, many years later he has found his homeland and his one true love. But the peace shall be shattered as darkness once again floods Hyrule. The final battle approches but who shall reign supreme? The Hero of Time? Or the Weilder of Chaos?
