Author has written 20 stories for Harry Potter. I am a Brit, originally from the south, now living in the north-west. I am married with two teenage sons. I love cats. At the moment I have two young Chocolate Burmese, though I think of myself as having four cats as their predecessors are still very much alive in my heart. I started reading the HP books to my kids, and then got hooked. I am interested in all forms of literature and love the creative use of language and word-play. I am also a closet TNG Trekkie and big Rickman fan. Lost Perspective (1 - 7 ) started as a Severitus Challenge fic (Pre-HBP and, by definition, AU) and developed into a number of sequels as I grew into the characters and wanted to take them further. In each one I either introduce new characters or approach the story from a different slant or pov, though the constant theme running though and unifying all the stories is the endlessly enigmatic character of Snape. New Perspective consists of two stories: THE CHOSEN and its sequel TAKEN ON TRUST. They are compatible with HBP but not DH, and give a version of Snape's life after HBP in which he is firstly tracked down by Hermione and later uses her as a go-between in his dealings with Harry. Ultimately SSHG. The stories are a mix of angst, romance, hurt/comfort and my rather irreverent humour. No slash, no fluff, no PWP. If you read them, please review and tell me what you think.
