Thought I'd drop in and give you guys a status update. As you may have noticed, I haven't been faithfully updating my stories ( or even updating them at all ). I must apologize for that. I know it sucks, when the story you're reading is suddenly abandoned. About a year ago, I stopped reading Inuyasha fanfiction. About half a year after that, I stopped reading fanfiction completely. Why my addiction has suddenly returned full-force is beyond me.

You can probably expect sporadic updates from now on. However, I can't promise that I'll be working on my ongoing fics any time soon. I'm pretty good at thinking up plot bunnies and first chapters and not-so-good at following through. Of course I would like to eventually complete a full-length fic, but right now I'm not very confident in my ability to do that. Hence, I shall be concentrating my efforts on drabbles. And maybe a oneshot. If I'm lucky.

If you are curious as to whether or not I will continue my currents works, I can say I most definitely won't be continuing Only One. I have no idea where I was going with that one, and re-reading it makes me cringe. As for Better Late Than Never and The One With A Chick And A Duck, I can see myself eventually continuing them, although the latter needs a new name. >_>;

I'd also like to get started on a full-length Miroku/Kagome fic, since that's my favourite Inuyasha pairing. I have a couple of plot bunnies bouncing around in my head; I just need to set myself down and get to work fleshing them out. It's my hope that if I actually plan the story in advance, I'll be able to keep my momentum going and finish it for once.

Now if anyone actually reads any of this, I will be amazed.
