I've been writing for a number of years, consistently since 6th grade (so it's been awhile) and I've been writing fanfiction for a good two or three years now.

I apologize to anyone who'd been hoping I'd post another story. I have not given up on writing fanfiction. I write slowly, something only made worse by the fact that I have a number of different projects going. Combine that with work, school and a muse that takes frequent vactions and I don't update all that often. As a general rule, I prefer to read oneshots more and thus that's mostly what I write. If I ever do write a multi-chapter series I'll finish it before I post it. I have running into stories that I really enjoy and then have never finished. I'll try really hard never to do that myself.

I write for a number of different fandoms; here are some details (and even if alphabetical order):

Escaflowne:

This was the first anime series that I ever watched. Folken still holds a very special place in my heart.

Other than my attempt at a parody, I've only ever written one Esca fanfic. It's an angsty oneshot about teenage Folken and is now actually finished. It was one of the first fanfictions that I ever actually started on paper, if not the first. I worked a long time on this one and I'm very please to have finally posted it.

I doubt I'll be writing any more Escaflowne fanfic.

Firefly:

When I watched this wonderful series I immediately latched onto Mal and, though to a lesser extent, Mal/Inara.

I've begun posting my shorter drabble-length fics under the story Afterimages. I have no schedule for posting each fic, and production of these drabbles has slowed.

I have a couple of Firefly fics and while most of them are barely started, I'm still working on them.

Fullmetal Alchemist:

I love this series (anime version) and my fanfiction does not do it justice. However, that hasn't stopped me from trying it anyway.

I have a number of Mustang (occasionally with Roy/Riza), some Ed (whom I
find very hard to write) and, a surprise to me, Hohenheim. Some stories have been dropped, but others I continue to work on.

My Ed & Hohenheim story is now posted. It's very short, and shares a core idea with a longer FMA fic that I'm writing. However, due to the fact that it is so short I decided to post it anyway.

I'm in the finishing stages of my long FMA fic, but I'm still getting ideas that fit into it. Hense the smaller FMA fics recently. Perhaps there shall be more. I hope so.

Harry Potter:

Snape and Lupin are my favorite characters, but mostly I write about Snape. No pairings for Snape, but I like Remus/Sirius and I occasionally write about them. I like reading Harry/Draco, but I've never written it.

I have two fairly long pieces (well, long for me) about Snape, that are now pretty much abandonded. There are also a couple of other shorter stories about other characters, but I don't like them so much and will probably never finish them either. This may change once the newest book comes out and I get inspired.

Naruto:

I've tentatively begun writing Naruto fanfic recently. I'm rather curious to see if any of my stories develope into something worth posting.

Ranma:

I keeping coming back to this series and really enjoy it. My favorite character is Ranma and I like his relationship with Akane and thus that's what I write.

I have about five stories going at the moment ranging from barely more than an idea to almost done with only the hardest parts of finishing touches and revisions to go. Though the progress is very I have not given up on any of them and continually hope to finish one.

There are a couple of other different fandoms that I write for, but I only have few stories that I've barely started. I don't really think they're worth mentioning here. I also have some original fiction that I'm writing and, sorry, but that will always take precedence over my fanfiction.
