Hello fine people who saw fit to glance at my bio.

I'm 20, living in West Yorkshire, England.

Well, after spending lord knows how many months reading random fanfics from this site, I've decided to write my own... Though I can't guarantee that my stories will be of excellent quality. But I'll try none the less.

My small obsession at the moment is Harry Potter.

I like to read the time travel fics... Where, for example, Harry gets sent back in time to his the MWPP era by means of a potions accident, or a spell gone awry, or even an intentional... you get my drift.

Where pairings are concerned, I must say that I enjoy a good slash couple. I tolerate Het pairings. After all, where would Harry Potter by without his trusty friends who are just so in love you want to throttle them for not realising it?
Probably better off but ho hum.

I won’t bother telling the reader my fave pairings as when you read my stories, you’ll have a general idea. Though don’t take the Het one to heart. It was pure accidental.

Now at least give my fic(s) a chance. They're young and know not the hardships of the cruel world out there.

Just before I forget, which I very nearly did...

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MY READERS BOTH FLEETING AND FAITHFUL!!!

This is a really hard thing for me to say, but I'm going to have to put things on hold. HAH! As if they weren't on hold already I hear you mutter! But yes, you are correct, I've been somewhat lax in my responsibilities as a fanfiction writer and as such, I've decided not to string anyone along any longer. While I had every intention of continuing with my fics, I just can't find the time, the patience, the inspiration nor the inclination to do anything about any of them! I have them all on file and I'll try and work on them as and when is physically AND mentally possible for me to do so but please, don't hold your breath for speedy updates after this update. It's just not going to happen. I need to focus on other things and fanfiction just isn't high on my priority list.

Though I would like to thank fanfiction (personified) for helping me pass my GCSE.

And I'd also like to thank my readers for their support. I'm sorry I'm letting a lot of you down.

Ok, I know I've been posting as fair few CSI related fics lately... I think all of which are basic short stories. This fact bares no ill consequence on my Harry Potter fanfiction. Golden Opportunities is still in the works and I have the next chapter almost complete... just in need of proofing and a few slight alterations. It should be up within the next few days but if I don't deliver by Tuesday, people are free to email me and kick my behind, snap at me, and tell me to get my act together. I'm not forgetting my GO fans, I just have CSI things running through my mind and when I write, I can't just magic stuff up... it's gotta be stuff that's actually in my head. Hense the CSI stint. Not that my love of CSI is a relatively new thing; on the contrary, I've liked the show for a while now, and I have a few semi-started CSI fics that are... quite rubbish and so far away from being worthy of posting that I'm almost embarrassed to have them.

But as I said, I write what's in my head, and if that's Greg going to Miami to visit his twin sister and finding said sister's husband dead upon arrival and subsequently contacting the MDPD and our very own Horatio Caine... then it's what I'll write. Doesn't necessarily mean I'll post it, but oh well.

02nd January - 2006

First of all I would just like to say Happy New Year to everyone. Now, as I said at the end of my last updated chapter of Golden, I have work to do in the next month(s) so updating will probably be a while in coming. As for my 'Star' story, I'll probably be updating it eventually... I just don't know when yet. Don't get me wrong, I've had the time to do it, I just haven't been able to do anything on it; I haven't been able to think about it at all. Iuno what's wrong... I just, well, can't.

Then there's 'Not Alone Anymore'. I know I have one more chapter to do on that one and it 'will' get done... eventually. At least I hope it will. shrugs

Ok, fic things out of the way... As you can see I've deleted most of my Author Notes from my profile. I did this to make things more convinient to my readers so you don't have to scroll a long way down or up, etc.

Just to sort out any misconceptions my readers might have. I have not abandoned this story, quite frankly, I'm scared of what you'll all do to me if I do. :) Seriously though, I'm just trying to work my way through the end of this year, ive got resits, then other exams for other subjects. I'm trying to find time to write, but when I do, I just cant seem to get in the right frame of mind for GO or even Star... it's annoying, it really is. Suggestions are more than welcome but at the moment, whenever im writing its on this epic whatsit story i got roped into doing by becca (Lady-Treason; blame the bint!). I'll be posting when its done but its no where near done year. Anyway, yes, not abandoning, just working.
