Author has written 23 stories for Final Fantasy X, Tales of Symphonia, Beyond Good & Evil, Avatar: Last Airbender, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Trauma Center, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy I-VI.

- Last Profile Update - October 18, 2008

- Note - Posted a slightly implied Kain/Rydia piece in the FFIV section and a Halloween themed Trauma Center piece spotlighting Victor. Warning for a spur-of-the-moment implication of Victor/Leslie. XD

-Currently Working On - Got a few ideas for Phoenix Wright, Avatar, Trauma Center, and Fire Emblem.

I changed my icon. Now it's Valant Gramayre! 'Cause yellow is just awesome. And so is he.

Well, hello there! Welcome the fabulous profile page of moi- L2G. Since you took the time out of your busy day to click on my link, allow me to be a propper hostess shed some light on myself. Why don't we start with...

The Basics

- Name - Emily

- Age - The big 1-8

- Gender - Female

That's pretty basic, huh? Let's move on...

The Hobbies

Pretty basic stuff. I like to read, sew, walk, be outside, drive, play my video games- fairly normal things. I really enjoy embriodering, which sounds pretty feminine, but I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I love my go-kart. I like to think I have nice balance between being a girl and not being a prissy girl. Hah!

Oh, and I do enjoy writing. Hence me being a member of this site, and all. :wink wink:

And Starbucks coffee. That probably shouldn't be a hobby, but it is.

The Music

I like to have a medley. How I lived before MP3 players is beyond me. And I like a little bit of everything- even classical and opera. Though the hard metal and screamo, something I didn't even know had a name until recently, I do not care for. My top five bands are Evanescence, OneRepublic, Daughtry, Thousand Foot Krutch, and... um, I guess I can only think of four. Oops.

Love my instrumentals and old time gospel, too.

The Fandoms

I have many a fandom, actually. I'm a dork. Heh! The only ones I've posted in are: Final Fantasy X, Tales of Symphonia, Trauma Center, Beyond Good and Evil, Phoenix Wright, Final Fantasy IV, Kingdom Hearts, and Avatar: The Last Airbender. I'm a fan of Fire Emblem, Jak and Daxter, Tales of, Prince of Persia and about a kajillion others.

I have way too many games...

I also love House MD, Ugly Betty, Monk... Um, I like to channel surf. XD

I need to, very quickly, fangirl over the awesomeness that is Avatar. It's a cartoon, it rocks, and I love it. I own the boxsets, I watch them all the time, and I buy the mechandise. I am addicted, and I don't care that it airs on Nickelodeon- I like that channel anyways. Heh! But, yes, I am an Avatard, and am really quite proud. XD

Proof of my obsession: I made a blanket, people. Have some pics.

The Games

Speaking of games, why not elaborate just a smidge? Started out on a Super Nintendo, have remained a Nintendo fan, preferred Playstation 2 over Xbox, but now cannot decide if I should go with a 360 or a PS3. Ah, decisions...

Some of my most favorited games are: Final Fantasy X (and X-2. Sue me), Tales of Symphonia, Beyond Good and Evil, Hotel Dusk: Room 215 (sequel/prequeal, please?) the Jak and Daxter series, the Prince of Persia series, the Phoenix Wright series, the Trauma Center sereies ('cept for New Blood), Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time, Kingdom Hearts (II makes me sad; poor Organization), Suikoden, Valkyrie Profile and Fire Emblem 9 and 10. I also enjoyed Final Fantasy XII, though I wouldn't say it was one of my favorites. Though, I must admit, Basch and Balthier do add on brownie points. Haha!

... Think I have enough series? XD

The Ships

Time to get shippy! I'm quite the fan of canon, though I feel like throwing out some of my prefered couples.

FFX/X2: Lukka (Wakka/Lulu), Tuna (Tidus/Yuna), Logos/LeBlanc, Nooj/Paine

ToS: Shellos (Zelos/Sheena), Colloyd (Lloyd/Colette), Pregal (Regal/Presea)

Jak and Dax: Torn/Ashelin, Razer/Rayn, Jak/Keira

Phoenix Wright/Apollo Justice: Phoenix/Maya, Meigo (Diego/Mia), Gumshoe/Maggey, Klavier/Ema, Apollo/Ema, Valant/Thalassa

Avatar: Kataang (Aang/Katara), Maiko (Zuko/Mai), Older!Tokka (Sokka/Toph) Smellershot (Longshot/Smellerbee), Tyru (Haru/Ty Lee)

Fire Emblem: Haar/Jill, Ike/Elincia, Mordicai/Lethe, Aran/Laura, Rhys/Mia, Bastian/Lucia

Trauma Center: Derek/Angie, Tyler/Leslie, Greg/Cybil, Victor/Leslie, and for canon sake, Victor/Beakers

Misc: Axel/Tifa (Kingdom Hearts II), Kain/Rydia (Final Fantasy IV), Rufus/Alicia (Valkyrie Profile) Chuck/Luserina(Suikoden) Prince/Lyon (Suikoden) Guy/Natalia (Tales of the Abyss), Asch/Natalia (Tales of Abyss) Jade/Tear (Tales of the Abyss), Luke/Tear (Tales of the Abyss), Anise/Ion (Tales of the Abyss)

I have way too many ships. I could actually go on. It's sad, but true. Though, like I said, most are canon. I'm a sucker for the implied. Hah! Oh, and, I'm not a fan of yaio/yuri/whatever other names there are for it. Just not my cup o' tea.

The Religion

I feel like sharing this... because? I think it might help shed light on me as a person. And I just like the share. :D

I am...Pentecostal :people scatter like Moses parting the Red Sea: Oh, come now. I'm harmless! I simply believe in speaking in tongues, being baptised in Jesus' name, and all of that good stuff. I am Pentecostal and I do believe in the Pentecostal way- to an extent.

Ya see, I wear jeans. Most all of the time. I usually just wear my skirts to church and whatnot. I wear makeup if I feel the need, and if I want to cut my hair, then I'll cut my hair. Why? Because people are not God. I do not feel damned because I wear my jeans and tees, nor do I feel that you are. I simply wear skirts to church because I feel that I should. I do not feel right walking into the church house clad in my jeans. But if you do, then that is you. God speaks to his children; He deals with us all differently. And if you serve the Lord and are not Pentecostal, then I am glad. You are all my brothers and sisters in Christ. At least you believe in Him. I simply follow the Pentecostal way- in my heart, I feel that it is the truth.

The Fanfiction

Well, how I stumbled upon this site is unknown even to myself, but here I am. I enjoy reading other's works, and I love whipping up my own. Writing is a positive process, and I can honestly say I have a great time doing it. It's also nice to see other people who share the same views. I'm very lucky to have found this site. Glad I did. Even if I can't remember how...

I have tons of ideas and little free time to get them up in. But, I have a goal: If I start something, I'll try to finish it. I do not want to leave things just hangin' in the breeze. Nor do I want to hold my work for ransom. I write because I enjoy it. Don't get me worong- I LOVE hearing from you guys. Words of encourgement and critisism help me to improve and fuel me on. I'm simply saying that one review pleases me- I will always try my best to finish my work.

The latest works are, in my opinion, my best. You grow with experience, right? Personal Favorite is a toughy, though. Complicated Emotions, Open Door, and Second Chance (which is an older work) all vie for attention...

Before I skedaddle, let me just say 'Thank You' to those of you who have read my stuff. Do you know how great it feels to know that someone read your stuff and liked it? It's wonderful! I really do appreciate my reviews. They just make me all smiley and happy. So, thank you all so very much for the wonderful comments.

I've made some great friends through this site. So glad I found it!

Completely Useless Info

Last Movie Seen: Iron Man and Indiana Jones: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Yay for both! Actiony and comical and great effects and just love. Harrison Ford is still darn good looking. XD

Currently Reading: Buried Sins by Marta Perry. It's okay so far. I've not been able to really get into until now, and I'm half-way through.

Currently Gaming: The PS2 has Tales of the Abyss in it. Didn't like it at first, now I'm really getting into it, and I love Jade. A lot. And I kinda ship him with Tear, even though he's older than her. XD I'm looking to the future, here! But, yes, ToA is probably going to be a fandom of mine...

The Wii has Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn in it. Oh, dear lands. The difficulty level makes me want to throw my Wiimote! Why does the Dawn Brigade make me want to cry? I like them all, but geesh- level up, people! I'm on...4-3. Close to being done. I really don't like the Geoffrey/Elincia pairing, just 'cause they're like siblings, but I do enjoy the storyline and I'm having fun with it.

Despite the occasional, horrible, makes-me-wanna-rip-out-my-hair, battles.

The Portable, which is a DS, has Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 in it. Which I beat. In two days. Oops. XD I think I moved a tad too fast. But, yeah, the voice-overs make me laugh when I scroll though the text, and... I love the game. And the Derek/Angie love makes me squee. Derek is 29 years old and acts like a middle-school boy. XD It's great.

Some More Favorites

- FFX - Favorite character from this here game belongs to Wakka. I've always loved that red-head. His accent is too cool and that gravity-defying hair makes me swoon. Nah, I really like his character. He sees the decpetion and allows the wool to be removed from his eyes. He sees the error in the way he treats Al Bhed. He grows througout the game. And he's such a soft little goof. How can you not love him?

Quite fond of Auron, but who isn't? That sword, voice, attitude- it's all win.

Lukka is my main ship. I've always liked it. I'm a sucker for the guy getting his girl, and Lulu is so Wakka's girl. Even if she trys to ignore it and remain inside her structured little walls. And, hey, Lu deserves some happiness, too..

Aurikkus, for me, tread very lightly on the 'Eww' line. It really depends on the content and how it is written. But, my great-grandparents had a large age gap in their marrige- they were 15 and 30 something when they tied the knot. Kinda gross, eh? So, I mean, it can happen! And, come on people, it's fake. Not real. If it were real life, I'd be saying throw ol' Auron in the slammer.

Disliked character... I actually like them all (yes, even Seymour) but Tromell kind of annoys me. I don't really know why, but the poor old guy gets on my nerves. In FFX-2 I really felt for him, though, and my heart softened towards him.

- Tales of Symphonia - I can't bring myself to choose between Regal and Zelos. Zelos has his bright, casanova, 'Chosen' side and then his vulnerable, withdrawn, down right depressed side, and how can you turn your back on a guy like that? And I just love Regal. That's really all there is to it. :wink wink: The girls of Symphonia are great, too. Strong, capable- girl power!

But just because the gals are strong doesn't mean I don't like pairing them up. Hah! Regal/Presea is actually my pick. Weird to most, but I like them as a couple. Only when Presea is actually 'mature', though. The whole 'body-of-a-child' with a full grown man is too much for me. Though it really never supports my paring in game... I don't care. Fanfiction! Haha. I can actually see it in the future, after things have settled down. Sharing a common bond can result in many things. I like Pregal. Yep.

Big Sheelos fan, too. They have a history and history is always fun!

Disliked character from this wonderful game goes to... ah, Zelos' groupies. They is mean.

Random comment with SPOILERS: Y'all know that scene where Mithos repeatedly kicks that one poor fellow? I can't remember who it is for the life of me... But anyways, I giggle every single time I see it. I know it's quite cruel of Mithos, and I know it's wrong to laugh at other's pain (even fake pain) but it's hilarious. Seriously.

- Jak Series - Bestest dude from Jak? Razer. He has ursurped Torn and taken the crown. I couldn't stand the guy at first, always blowing me up, but, somehow, the man took control of my 'Favorite Character' title. I think it's because he's in all that crime yet remains... dignified? Refined? I dunno. I do know, however, that I love his accent and his coat. Hah!

Me love Tornie, too. Very much so.

Torn/Ashelin was my main ship for the longest time, but Razer/Rayn is quickly gaining speed. I think it's RenjiLuvah's fault. I blame her. I never did care for Jak/Ashelin. I felt betrayed when it was suggested. XD Ashelin and Torn so had chemistry in Jak II, and then Keira had been trailing after Jak since the Precursor days. Though Jak X righted it all, and even gave me Razer to make up for it all. :wink wink:

Least favorite charcter belongs to the lurker fish from the very first game. They caused me many a heart attack on my first play through. Now I'm a veteran and I happily play chicken with them. And I only get eaten once in a great while. Haha!

- Phoenix Wright - Out of the loads and loads of characters, how am I supposed to choose a favorite? Well, let's break it down. Favorite Attorney? Phoenix. Duh. Favorite Prosector? Edgeworth. Duh. Favorite Client? Will Powers. Favorite Aide? Maya. Wow. That wasn't so hard. XD But my all-time favorite? I think it's Maya. Don't know when it happened, but it did.

I have many Phoenix Wright ships, too. But I think my personal pick is Phoenix/Maya because I'm a fan of friendship love that evolves. I'm a sucker. And I get sick of two men (or women) not being able to be friends- they just have to be lovers. I'm not gonna lie- Phoenix is a tad obsessive there for a while and in Justice for All he was just a little crazy with the 'Don't Talk About HIM' stuff, but I still don't support Phoenix/Miles.

Edgey needs his alone time, you know. In all honestly, I can't see Edgeworth with anyone.

Fan of Mia/Diego, too. Bittersweet love FTW!

I really can't say that there's a single character that I hate- all the characters are so appealing. But Morgan Fey irks me in a million ways because of the way she treats her offspring and Dahlia scares the life out of me. I mean it. Case 3-5 freaked me out there for a minute. XD.

Extended Summeries

Though you could simply scroll down, I feel like killing some time and being a bit more detailed.

--Vacation Time--

Catergory: Final Fantasy X

Genre: Romance/Humor

Length: 27 Chapters

Rating: K+

The gang takes a well-deserved vacation to Bevelle. The entire planet of Spira is modernized, so they have cars and the like. So, it is a huge AU (Alternate Universe). The first half takes place in the vehicle, while the second half takes at their destination. There's a few OC's (Original Characters) in there, and a lot of OCCness (Out Of Character). The pairings are: Yuna/Tidus, Wakka/Lulu, and Auron/Rikku.

It was my first piece of work. I started it when I was thirteen. When I look at my siblings, I think, hey, it's not awful, but I cringe when I read it now. But, I am much to lazy to revise it, so it stays as it is! It was well received, so that makes me very happy. If you wanna read it, do so, but know that I've improved a tad on the writing. 'Least I hope I have!

Wedding Time is the sequel, but it's a lot better (in my opinion) and it really hasn't a lot to do with Vacation Time. But, you all seemed to like it VT, so, thank you all for the encouraging comments!

So, WT is VT's sequel, but it's writing is much better and it actually has a plot. Haha. It has a couple of OC's, though one is only main stream, and I'm trying to keep the gang IC (In Character) this time around. It's a mild AU since it follows Vacation Time.

Wakka and Lulu are getting married, as are Tidus and Yuna. The couples have agreed to turn the celebration into a double-wedding, so everyone is a little nervous, trying to perfect everything. Rikku is the right-hand woman in preperation, with Auron posing as the right-hand man. Everything is going well- despite the frantic Yuna and midly depressed Rikku- until a woman from Auron's past shows up, bringing fiends with her.

Yep, that's right, all is reverting back before the defeat of Sin. No cars, no gadgets, no modernized Spira. It's back to Chocobos and Airships for the gang, who are still trying their best to prepare for the weddings. Zarinia -the past- is not at all what she seems. Of course, Auron is the only one that really knows this, and he voices it often. Rikku likes the woman, so she and Auron get in a few squabbles over the matter. Now, however, the duo are prepared to work together to uncover Zarinia's past. What is she hiding? And are they truly ready for what they might find?

Pairing are: Tuna, Lukka, and Aurikku. There will be some slight Brother/Zarinia because some of my readers have told me it is 'oddly' cute, so it must be honored. Ha! Oh, and Kimahri is actually in WT, along with Cid and a few other memorable faces from FFX! And, now the LeBlanc Syndicate is in it. Yay! May be some L 'n' L (LeBlanc/Logos). Not a lot, just a tad. I like that pairing much more that I like Nooj/LeBlanc. In fact, I'm a shipper of L 'n' L. Heh.

Note: Upped the rating to Teen because I've been killing things and making people bleed. XD Nothing very graphic, like extreme gore, i.e. bloody guts and whatnot, but I do feel like I should up the rating...

Finally finished it, not entirely pleased with it over-all, but I have had a lot of support and I appreciate it all so much. I think I've grown a bit since the days of WT, and that's what writing is all about, right? Growing. Thanks so much for all the comments. You've all helped me mature, and I thank you all!

Well, it's my first One-Shot in the FFX section. Set in game and in Zararkand. Rikku is upset because the time of her dear cousin's demise is close at hand. While she's trying to figure out just how to save her cousin, the Legendary Guardian offers her some words of advice. Not really an Aurikku because I didn't feel like writing one. I wanted to keep in IC. I tried. It's just Auron trying to comfort a young girl because he knows how she feels. Yep. It's short and sweet.

Well, I hope it's sweet. Let me know how you all feel about it!

Catergory: Tales of Symphonia

Genre: Romance/Humor

Length: 16 Chapters

Rating: T

Status: Complete

The first Regal/Presea fic out there on FF.net! I am so proud! Not the best, but the first! That's right, I said Regal/Presea.

Presea works as the Lezereno Comapany President's assitant, and thanks to the blue-haired man, she looks her true age. (Yes, she's a grown woman. I wouldn't do it any other way). She's happy with her new-found life, and content in her position as Regal's assistant. Or is she? When the gang comes for a visit, they force her to evaluate how she truly feels. Is Presea really happy? Or does she want more than simple friendship from Regal? The whole gang appears, and there is minor Lloyd/Colette and mild Sheen/Zelos. Main focus is on Regal/Presea.

The rating is T because I watched a ton of Lifetime one day and it was reflected upon in one of the chapters. It's basically told from the time period of Sylvarant/Tethe'alla, so I don't believe it should be classified as an AU, and I tried to keep the gang as IC as possible.

This is DONE. Yep. And people enjoyed it, which really makes my day. Thank you all for supporting this fic!You all know who you are, and you all deserve many cookies!

-SPOLIERS AHEAD-

Zelos, our favorite red-headed Chosen does not die at the Towe of Salvation (You are only forced to commit such an act if you choose Kratos to join the party). Instead, the gang does the right thing and saves him. Ever wondered why they didn't do that? They're all "Oh no! We killed poor Zelos! He was our friend!" And I'm sitting there trying to throw Life Bottles on him and yelling, 'I'd hate for you to call me friend!' Geesh!

Anyhoo, Lloyd and company go off to fight Crusix while Sheena takes ol' Zelos to the only doctor in all of Tethe'alla- Flanoir. While they're stuck there all by their lonesomes, Sheena examines her past and her relationship with the red-head, as does Zelos. They end up together, of course! It's just a bunch of Sheelos fluff, which is a good thing , right?

It's. Been. Revised. Yay! From 3,000 some-odd words to 10,000 some-odd! What a large vocabulary lead, eh? I'm proud of this piece, so I hope you like it.

What to say...Really, it's just a pointless piece. I had started it about a year ago, and my sister started playing the game a few days back , which made me play it with her , which gave me a sudden burst of inspiration, which resulted in a finished BGE one-shot. Yeah. I like it. Heh! Hope you guys do.

But, as far as summary goes, I guess it's sorta like a drabble. Jade's feelings on losing her uncle, finding herself in the underground, having the final mission so close at hand, and having Double Has her partner. It could have some Hub/Jade fluff, depending on how you few it. Either really close friends (which I think would come up in a situation like that) or 'hidden feelings'- which could easily show up, too. I like Double H/Jade, even though he's a bit older than she is. Older men can be sexy, right? --wink, wink-- Even if they have crooked mouths...

One must wonder what Ubisoft was thinking when designing good ol' Hub...

Anyhoo, The Beyond Good and Evil section on FF.net is just so...dare I say dead? that I had to post something! It's such an awesome game! Who knows? Maybe I'll write more for BGE?

My firstest Avatar drabble. I was taking a shower, and BOOM- hit with Kataang inspiration. Odd place to be hit by a muse, eh? Hehe. I wrote it in about two hours. Maybe three. I dunno. Didn't take me too long. It's from Katara's point of view, takes place after Book 2: Episode 18, and focuses on her feelings for Aang. It's Kataang, because I am a total shipper of the two.

It was very fun to whip up, and I hope you all like it. My first Avatar piece, and I am quite proud.

Maiko love within. Seriously, this pairing needs more love. It's not my aboslute favorite of all time, but I do like it. Never wrote for them before, and, honestly, never really wanted to- until I had this weird idea hit me refuse to let me sleep. :sigh: Plot bunnies... I was faling asleep (more like trying) and four things popped into my head: Zuko, Mia, knife and invasion. As well as hurt, anger, missing letter- you get the picture. The main structure started out with Mai threatening Zuko. Which was fun to write.

I've always been a fan of these the two characters. Mai has never had a lot of love and after season 2 three-fourths of the Avatar fanbase deserted Zuko. XD But I've always enjoyed them; Mai and her dry sense of humor and Zuko in all of his Emo glory. Yes, even after Crossroads of Destiny.

I didn't want to just go all angst (it's so hard not to type 'aangst' XD); not that angst it bad, it's just always asscoiated with them. Yes, there is some angst. Look who were dealing with. But I wanted to make them have more than one range of emotion. Mai totally loves Zuko and Zuko toally loves Mai. In my world, at least. XD And you can't have love without some semblance of happiness and joy. So there.

Though this does take place during the actual 'invasion' (this is fanfiction for a reason; totally made up XD) so there's not a lot of love. Too much fighting to do. Ha!

I love Mai's character. I really do. Her dry, I-don't-care-but-I-really-do attitude is really fun to write. I like how she has her walls, but she lets Zuko tear them down. I'm suck a sap. But it's true- Mai is awesome. And, no matter what you ship, you must admit that she loves Zuko. So, this was spawned.

And I also loved calling Zuko a jerk. 'Cause, if I was Mai, even though I loved him, I'd probably call him names in my head. XD

Well I've wanted to do a PW:AA piece for a while now, and I stumbled across a piece of art and just had to do something on it. I love the Phoenix Wright series and couldn't keep my fingers at bay, so I ended up with Open Door. Takes place after Justice For All and before Trials and Tribulations. Spoiler for everything after case 2 of the first game. Seriously-- I'm sure every one familiar with the series already knows the spolier. It occurs in every single game.

Phoenix/Maya is implied. Sorry. I'm a fan-girl. What can I say? I think they're cute together. Maya's feelings are pretty obvious in my book, and there are some instances where it could be argued on Phoenix's case, as well. Not gonna argue it here. I don't care to argue it anywhere. XD I have my views, y'all have yours. Let's just be happah!

Anyway-- can't you just picture Maya and Phoenix having a movie night? And then Pearl joining in, too? I can. And can't you just see Maya braving a horrendous storm to force Phoenix into watching the movies she brought, no matter what he says? I can. I wanted to keep them In Character, but show that Maya's not just a silly fan-girl with no thought process, who only eats hamburgers and watches The Steel Samurai. That kinda comes in at the end. Hope I didn't botch it.

Had fun writing it, hope you all like reading it.

My first Apollo Justice piece. And one that I had a blast working on! While I was playing through Case 3 this idea just latched onto me a refused to let go. It demanded to be seen to. And I had fun seeing to it.

Ema's character never really mattered all the much to me in Ace Attorney Case 5. But for some reason I'm having fun with her now. Hate that she's not quite as happy as she was, but it's nice to see her mature and grow- and become her own person. Not a Maya knock-off. Klavier...I kinda sorta fell for him the moment he air guitared. I'm a shameless fangirl! Oh, and when he spoke German... :swoon: XD

So, it was fun writing from Ema's point of view and ranting on Klavier. We all know she has a crush on the guy. When you 'hate' someone that much you gotta love 'em a little. Admit it. And doesn't Klavier seem like the type of fellow who would drop in on someone just to irritate them? Especially when you know you can irritate that person? You know it!

Pretty much a Phoenix-centric with some Trucy throw in. Apollo is a nice game and I had fun with it, but, for me, Phoenix still stole the spotlight. Heck, the game was bascially about him. And I just had to play on the whole 'losing the badge' thing. Poor little Fee Fee. Not only was he out of a job, he had a child pushed into his lap. So it's basically Phoenix's musings on his current state.

Sort of... dark, but not graphic dark. Depression dark. And it can't be too dark with little Trucy there to be a ball of sunshine, can it? Lot's of thanks to Rin-neechan for looking over it.

So we get to take a little glimpse into the life of Valant Gramayre, post his days in Troupe Gramayre. And we get to look back on those days, because Troupe Gramarye love is an non-existent as Valant love. We've got some one-sided Valant/Thalassa, because... it's fun. Hah! I had fun with this, especially speculating on the back story, but I didn't wanna go crazy with it; hope I didn't fail.

Second chapter is up. Valant's life has turned around and things are looking up. Lamirior is Lamirior no longer and can now remember most of her life as Thalassa. I'd always intended to add this chapter, but as I was writing it Thalassa's part grew in size. Heh. More speculated backstory FTW! I love the ending. XD Poor Valant just can't catch a break. Just when he thinks things are going good, up pops that pesky past...

So very tempted to turn this into a mini-series, but still in the planning/decisions stage. Comments are love. :D

Oh, my lands, a Furio/Viola. But, hey, it's actually rather canon. I don't know if I'd call myself a shipper, but they do interest me. I love Furio, despite his gangsta attitude and rather evil ways, and Viola seem to be a lonely individual deep down, regardless of her actions and last name. And, yeah, I guess I am a bit of a shipper- who cares if their 'relationship' is screwy and really non-existant? XD

But, I was trying to do a 'serious' Viola/Tugre piece. I didn't want to stray from their personalities too much, though I do see Tigre as being able to manipulate and pull Viola but knowing when to back off and pour on the charm, not being a complete suck-up. Viola... I think she knows exactly what Furio is, just doesn't really want to admit it, and I'm pretty sure she really does have a soft spot for him. I intentionally left out the 'Don Tigre' nickname because I see it as a front for clients and whatnot. Rin-neechan pointed that out, and I felt I should calrify.

Yes, I totally humanize these charcters way too much. Ignore me. XD

Well, I just finished up Second Opinion on the Wii and was pleasantly surprised to find that Chapter 6 is revamped and makes way more sense. I love the DS version (Angie is so much prettier and Derek doesn't look so pansy-ish) but chappie 6 on the DS is a little out there. And, I got to operate on Derek. Fun stuff! And Angie's feelings are oh-so-obvious even more so. XD When Kimishima asks her why she hides her tears from Derek, that line just latched onto my brain and demanded to be elabortaed on. So, I did.

Yeah, it's a Derek/Angie. You know you like it. Though it's a little one-sided 'cause, well, Derek's unconscious for the most part. Kinda hard to talk when you're konked out on medication. Thought about turning this into a triology thing but I changed mind. I think it stands alone too well. And my reviewers helped me see that. Yep yep.

Random note: Second Opinion is way harder for me. I don't know if it's because I started with Under the Knife or what, but I was ready to throw the game out the window at one point. I swear, I killed most every patients so many times before I saved them. When I went to operate on Derek, I turned to my sister and cried, "Oh no, I have to operate on myself. I'll probably kill him, too. It's like committing suicide!" XD

Another Trauma Center fic in the books! And one with dialogue! XD I really wanted to write about snow (probably because I really want some accumlation at my house) and you cannot have snow without snow ball fights. Also wanted to write a Derek/Angie where we actually see some interaction. And I hadn't done a kissage scene for a while. And I kinda wanted to do one. So, ta-da!

Mostly Dereks' point of view. I used Angie in the last piece. Staying with Derek was tricky at times; I wanted to ditch him for Thompson so badly at one point. But, I tried. I had fun with this. Kinda wondered what in the world I was doing at times, but decided to chalk it up for Valentine's Day. XD Valentine's Day = pointless fluff. I swear, that's solid math.

Pointless Derek/Angie cuteness for the win!

This is pretty angsty for me. Yes, I've done angst before, but there's alway happy! thrown in the mix. This is just... depression. Hah! And who better to angst up than Angie? She's always so strong. She shows her weakness here and there, but then she always pulls it back in. You gotta break every now and then. So Angie breaks. GUILT, her father- it all piles up.

Song title inspired by OneRepublics' song by the same name. Great song. Great group.

Halloween piece! Yay! I had this vision of Tyler dressing up as a 'Senior Surgeon' so I could crack a lame joke, and Victor wound up being the main star. I love Victor, and I thought writing his dryness and superior attitude would be fun, and it was, even though I think I failed. Somehow Leslie wound up appearing as a hinted love interest. What the heck, brain? Crack? XD Oh, well! Trauma Center crack for the win!

Victor almost dressed up as Albert Einstein, but I changed it to Fleming. Seems fitting now. Penicillin is a drug, Victor's a researcher... Yeah. I'm so original.

My good buddy RenjiLuvah's needed some participants in her club's contest. I can't deny my friend! And she's been carrying the Akufa torch for a long time; I figured I'd help her out.

Tifa and Axel is, I admit, an odd pairing. But, in the right light, most anything can work, eh? And I can see them meeting and Tifa being intrigued by his inner self and Axel just... being Axel. Heh. I've never even played FFVII, but I have watched Advent Children and searched the Web and spoke to players... I feel like I can handle Tifa's character. And I like Cloud, as well as writing depressed, emo guys. Hahah!

I might just turn this here one-shot about a chance meeting and a planted seed into a little mini-series of being lost and found, but I dunno. Feedback is always great, especially since Mysterious Stranger is my first step into the Kingdom Hearts fandom. :D

A Kain/Rydia piece set very close to end game. Rydia is an interesting character. She's been through a lot, and travels with the people who put her though some trauma, eventually growing to care for them. And she actually displayed bitterness. She wasn't immediately, "Oh, happy joy! Bestest buddy!" I liked her growth, and wanted to play with it. Kain... he's the type of character I love. Baggage! Woe! Pain! Goodness underneath it all! I lovely canvas. XD

And I totally ship him with Rydia, and had to acknowledge my love for the pairing with a very sligtly fluffy one-shot. Ha!

I have three poems, but I am no Edgar Allen Poe. Hehe. They're all in the Final Fantasy X section. Give 'em a look, if you'd like. They're pretty old, and poetry is not my thing, but they were fun, which is what matters, right?

EXTRAS

I have some odd experiences/funny stores from time to time and I feel the need to share. So, expect this section to grow.

Well, my mom's stomach/side was bothering her here while back and she was laying on the bed. She had some sort of knotty/tumor/muscle thingy on the area. I had just got through playing Trauma Center. Yeah. I sat down on the bed and said, "I'm gonna go Dr. Stiles on your booty! I just got through excising some tumors. Know now I'm going to do it exactly like the game- when I need to suture, I'm gonna draw little zig-zags and don't be alarmed when I slam a green needle in your side. Sadly, I don't have the Healing Touch ...I can't gaurentee you'll live. You may or may not survive." Yes. I am that crazy.

The other day my dad snorted when he laughed. His exact words were: "Oh, I snorkled." I completely lost it. He also called the futon a cruton. You know, a futon is a bed. A cruton is a salad topper. He doesn't even try. It just happens. It's killer.

We were watching Hell Boy the other day on FX. Kinda lame, but I love Ron Pearlman. Anyways, you know at the end when he kisses what's her face? The blue fire chick? Well, my mom says, "They're gonna have red creature babies with blue flames." My uncles adds, "With horns." A pause. The he continues, "One-eyed, one-horned, flying purple people eaters!" Because red and blue makes purple. XD Awesome, no?

My brother got a shirt that says 'You can't fix stupidity, but you can use duck tape'. He reads it out loud, and I quote, "You can't fix stu-pid-IT-edy, but you can use duck tape." He said stupidity all wrong. And I died of laughter.

One day about two or three years ago my mom, grandma, and I headed over to Burger King. (We don't even eat there anymore. XD) Anyhoo, we went through the drive-through and my grandma was wanting to order a fish sandwhich. She said, and I quote, "I want a grilled cheese sandwhich." My mom and I lost it, and the poor lady working the window was probably thinking, "What the heck are these people on?!" Nothing! It comes natural, I assure you. XD

We were playing a board game called Countdown a few days back. You have to roll two dice and then either add, subtract, multiply or divide the two numbers so you can clear your tiles that number 1-10. My grandma rolls a 4 and a 3. Can't divide or multiply that (12 is more than 10). So she either had to subtract or add. She says, "Four taketh away 3-" My mom, uncle and myself burst into laughter. She didn't intend on saying 'taketh'. So I, doing my best Shakespearian imatation, finish, "Four taketh away three leaveth but one!"

I was getting ready to pull out onto the road, asked my mom if it was clear (even though I looked and knew it was) and she tells me not to go. I'm already onto the road so I keep going and ask why not. She's flipping out, saying she sees head-lights. I say, "Oh, that's at the post office." And pronounce 'post' poist. "They're at the poist office!"

My sister and I were at a public restroom, washing our hands and getting ready to head out. So she finishes washing up, leaves to water on for me, and then I finish. I go to turn of the water and grab a paper towel. She hollers at me to stop and wash my hands again. I'm all, "Why? I just did." She says it's because I touched the paper towel handle. Well, it makes sense, so I agree to wash my hands again, saying, "Oohh. I see your logic." There's a pause. She looks around and asks, "Where?" And I laughed so hard I cried. XD

Dad and I went to get a part for my car. The men thought I was his wife. We get to the truck and I'm cackling. Dad says, "Well, I must look longer than I thought!" And I calmly reply, "I must look ancient." He glares at me, prompting me to add, "They probably thought I was a mail-order bride!" In which he responds with a mock slap. Oh, the memories! There's never a dull moment...

I, sarcastically and playfully, asked my Grandma if she 'wanted to go'. As in outside. To fight. She, earnestly, asked, "Where?" XD

...My profile is long. I apologize. XD But, hey, hope you had fun reading it, and I hope you like the pieces you find here.
