Other than Degrassi, I enjoy Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, The Hush Sound, Dave Melillo, Harry Potter, chocolate cake, Mexican food, laughing, writing, and reading.

My take on the Degrassi universe in general is as follows:
Good: James Tiberius Yorke, when Toby speaks, Spinner/Paige circa s3, Sean with short hair, Mia (in my head), Danny & Derek: JT & Toby v2.0, "Whatevskies", Ash in England, Jay Hogart as a sympathetic bad guy, Craig and his guitar, Raditch.
Bad: Darcy (she's not important or well-written enough to have a middle name) Edwards, when Emma speaks, Spinner/Paige circa s6, Sean with long hair, Mia (on the show), Peter & Darcy: Peter & Emma v2.0, "Cuckoo Bananas!", Ash in Toronto, Peter Stone as a sympathetic bad guy, Craig with a girl, Hatzilakos.

For the most part, I read decently written Degrassi fics, but every once and a while I delve into the Harry Potter fandom.
As far as pairings go, I'm open to basically all the options the wonderful Degrassi fandom has to offer. Jiberty and Sellie will always have a special place in my heart, however. Concerning Harry Potter, I'm pro all the usual canon ships: R/Hr, H/G, L/J. Neville and Luna, too, simply because they are quite possibly two of the most amazing fictional characters to ever exist...ever. It all comes down to the writing, though.
