UPDATE: December 14th, 2009

Well, it's been quite some time. I want to thank the fans who have kept with these stories for so long, waiting patiently for me to update. To the new fans - welcome! I feel that I have to explain the haitus that I had been on, and what you should expect in the future:

I am currently in a doctoral program, and the two years that I was absent from my stories simply had to do with the fact that I was working on keeping up the grades and completing the course requirements for said program. Now that I am in, it is obviously going to take up most of my time. However, the writer's bug has been itching at me, and I now will have time to keep working on these stories. Updates may not be frequent, but they will come, and I promise to try and get at least one chapter per story each month. Reviews help me with this - I appreciate reader feedback.

Keys of Light is going to have to be completely revamped. Firstly, I wrote this story after the GoF was published (so, quite some time ago.) I will keep the story AU from fifth year, but I have grown as a writer since then and I want to take the story in a different direction. So, watch out for this story disappearing and then reappearing. It's like magic!

Light Up the Darkness is my current creative baby, and I have it all planned out, it's just the writing the chapters part that is taking the most time. This story has an ending, but again, it may take us a bit to get there.

Ariane is a plot bunny that I didn't think anyone would like very much. I was pleasantly proved wrong. I will keep this story up as well, but the plot is developing as I am writing, so I may have to take a step back and actually plan this thing out before continuing the story. Fans of this fic, don't worry - it will be updated ASAP.
