As you may have guessed, if you've looked at this bio any time recently, my senior year is long since over.
Instead, I find myself facing the daunting experience that is college. I manage to have enough time to read/review, but much less to write.
I've decided that I will post my finished and cleaned up stories on this account, though I will post unedited stories to my writing livejournal and deviantArt accounts. If you're interested, you can find more regular updates at either of those accounts. My dA account is "gladdecease," and my livejournal accounts are "gladdecease" (friends locked) and "glad_fics" (writing journal).
I've deleted one of my oldest stories, which is generally an embarrassment to me when I look at it. Episode commentary doesn't belong in a story format. And my writing as a thirteen year old certainly left something to be desired.
Concerning the stories still up? I doubt I will be able to finish my Pokemon story. To be blunt, I had a very overcomplicated plot planned out for the trilogy, but at the time had no idea how to write well enough to make the story have any sense to it. By now, my distance from that fandom makes it impossible for me to write such basics to Pokemon stories as fights, or even the different species of Pokemon.
Maybe I'll try to use the plotline in an original fiction, but I seriously doubt it. It's best to consider the storyline dead.
If you're really curious as to what would have happened, send me an email and I'll explain it as best I can.
Similarly, I doubt I'll continue the Teen Titans one shot series. Introspection is in some ways my strong suit in writing, but it takes the write mood for me to do it, and I find it difficult to do at the best of times. Though I still like the idea, I've lost my grasp on the Titans' characters.
I do have some big plans for a Naruto fanfic, possibly an AU Fruits Basket fanfic, and maybe something involving BleachBut I would rather finish those stories completely before posting it here.
tl;dr: Concerning anything and everything new, old, and continuing? Don't hold your breath.
ALSO: I am ready and willing to betaread stories. I have a bit of practice betareading, and though I tend to focus on grammar and convention more than characterization, I'm trying to improve myself in that aspect. Feel free to send me a message about your story that needs a beta.
