| Sunrise over the Tango Factory |
Author has written 12 stories for Red Dwarf, and Young Ones. Hi there people (to those who bother to read these things), here's a little about me. Name: Bex Nicknames: Sunrise over the Tango Factory (hence the name), Sunrise (saves on time) and Sunny Bexster. Age:20 Education: Second year Law Student at the University of Liverpool. Hobbies: TV, reading, writing, photography, drama, art, cooking, RPG. Favourite colours: Black, green and purple. Favourite word: Smushed…when something isn’t quite squashed, and isn’t really mashed…smushed! Favourite quote: 'Anyone perfect must be lying, anything easy has it's cost, anything plain can be lovely, anyone loved can be lost' -Barenaked ladies, 'Falling for the first time' Favourite bands: Greenday, Good Charlotte, New Found Glory, Sugarcult, Nickleback, Madness, My Chemical Romance, The Goo Goo Dolls, the F-ups, Fountains of Wayne, the Sex Pistols, the Beatles, Ultravox, Queen, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Pink Floyd, Barenaked Ladies, Oasis, The Clash, The Cure, The Jam, The Vapours, Blink 182, Counting Crows, Jilted John, Buzzcocks, Jimmy Eat World, FM Static, The Stranglers, Kasier Chiefs, James, Scissor Sisters, The Undertones, Squeeze, Ben Folds Five, The Calling, Blondie, Alien Ant Farm, All American Rejects, Offspring, Pink, Fall Out Boy, The Kooks, The Feeling, The Fratellis, Beautiful South, James, David Bowie, Rolling Stones, Led Zepplin, Hello Goodbye,...I also love loads of stuff from the sixties and seventies! Favourite TV Shows: Red Dwarf, The Young ones, Bottom, Blackadder, Black Books, My Hero, My Family, Brittas Empire, Fraiser, The Peep show, Father Ted, Mr Bean, Ab Fab, Vicar of Dibley, Only Fools And Horses, Porridge, Little Britain, Fawlty Towers, Filthy Rich and Catflap, Open All Hours, Thin Blue Line, The IT Crowd, Corrie, House MD, Firefly, Supernatural, Captain Butler. Favourite places: I was born and bred in Manchester, so there will always be a special place in my heart for that big grimy city. As already mentioned I'm residing in Liverpool at the moment and loving every second of it, I fell in love with the place the first time I came here and the more I explore it, the more I feel at home! Justification and apologies for earlier works: The more observant of you will notice that my earlier works, the stuff I wrote Pre-GCSE at a time when my writing made even the sturdiest English teacher weep, are a little bit...naff. Hindsight has blessed me with the ability to see these stories for what they are, rambly, insanity ridden dribbles from a emotionally unstable teenage girl. Whilst part of me longs to bury these atrocities in a deep, dark hole somewhere on the moon, another altogether more sentimental part of me wishes to keep them alive, to leave them for other people to see so they may (hopefully) acknowledged how I've grown and progressed as a writer. Thanks for reading my bio, and for those of you are now rushing to phone ready to call the men in white coats to take me away…please don’t…. I already go there twice weekly for electric shock therapy…It really has affected my swimming! Cheers, thanks BYE! Bex | |||||||||||
