| J.J.M. Fisher |
Author has written 8 stories for Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Stargate: SG-1, and Inuyasha. Welcome to J.J.M. Fisher's profile! Please, call me Jacquelyn. I prefer to write original fictions and have quite a few novels-in-progress. My main project is called Healer's Quest. I have been working on this tale for two years now, and recently it decided it cannot possibly be contained to a single novel. No, it must be a trilogy! I hope to one day publish this amazing story. (Ah, dreams. Are they not lovely to behold?) But at the moment I am still working on the third "first" draft. (Is such a thing possible?) More on my original works can be found here. Though I do not write fanfiction often, since I have some tucked away in my filing cabinets and hidden on my harddrive, I decided to share a limited number. Hmm... and depending upon my mood and interests, I still dabble a bit in writing a brand new fanfiction now and again. I currently am enthralled in the writing of my InuYasha fanfiction, From Deep Within. Though it began as a whim with no purpose other than a character-study of Sesshoumaru-sama, it has taken on a life of its own and flourished. I am honored that so many have read and enjoyed this on-going tale, and I cherish each of your reviews. Thank-you. I have found that when my creative juices are running low, fanfiction can help jump-start my muse. (Strange how these things happen, no?) There is no rhyme or reason to which fan-universes I write in when I do get the urge to write a fanfiction, so my little library here has quite a bit of variety. I hope you find something here that you will enjoy reading. If you would like to stay informed on my writing progress, with the on-going fanfictions below and original fictions, feel free to visit my writing journal. Sincerely, personal site ! main blog ! deviantart ! writing journal From Deep Within Artwork Update: 26 March 2009 A whole month has passed without that promised upload of the next chapter in From Deep Within, and the reason for that is twofold: 1. I cannot seem to get this chapter "just right" even though it is completely written, and 2. I have been so busy with conferences, work, overtime, etc. that I have found little time to fiddle around with the fully written chapter. I know, I know. You do not want to hear excuses, but I do not want to release a chapter that I, myself, am unhappy with. So I have set aside some time this evening and will upload it! I would also like to thank everyone who has added From Deep Within to your favorite stories or story alerts. I cannot express how happy I am that something I am writing (for my own enjoyment) is also being enjoyed by perfect strangers whom I have never met before. ;) Update: 24 February 2009 Either tomorrow or the next day, Chapter 22 of From Deep Within will be uploaded! If you are interested in a sneak peek, check out my writing journal here. | |||||||||||
