I tried not to make any promises! I realize it's been a over a year. I apologize. I will freely admit... a boy got in the way. But life's little obstacles tend to make us so much better for the future. I'm still encouraging reads for Kitten Kaboodles and Singing Off-Key Lullabies, I will update them. Another "but": I do have other priorities. Fanfiction doesn't quite come in last, but it certainly is not first. Apologies.

Some more changes to come. I'm sure eventually I'll update something else, other than this updates section.

9. January.11

Yo! I replaced chapter 2 of Kitten Kaboodles with a better version. And I'm half-way done with chapter 3. But I'm lazy. Lazy lazy lazy. I'm too lazy to keep typing. Anyway, English and Creative Writing is NOT my major so I have no dedication. Actually I'm more interested in drawing, so no promises. As I type this, classes start in 8 hours, so boo. And I'm working on other stuff too. Like angsty and drama-y and funny... hah.

Please read Singing Off-Key Lullabies! I like it... I mean... aw fudge. It's good, I swear!

Still I've managed to disappoint. If I've retained any fans, I promise to update. Reality, as I spoke of before, is a humbling thing to grasp. I advise all kiddies to work in retail for at least a year to learn. It is very eye-opening, and despite not necessarily in the best of ways - worth it in the end. Plus the "customer service experience" on your resume will help you land big jobs where courteous interaction with others will come in handy.

Anyway, as I said. I promise to update. Something, anything. Before January 10, 2011. I swear on... uhm... on my BOOK COLLECTION. I've got about 8k in books, each and every one precious (and always looking brand-spankin-new!)

There comes a time when all must stand to face their fears!

ahem... Anyway, I'm almost settled in after my family's move. My back stopped hurting. I'm okay with my job, aside from the fact that I must still keep buying new clothes to fit the dress regulations they set... And the college semester starts back up - as of the day I'm typing this - in 6 days. I have four free days to write out a whole new chapter. Which I've done before so hopefully no worries.

I promised an explanation for my memory bit in my Kitten Kaboodles author note/chapter, and here it is: I have ADD. And to add to that, I have OCD. I blank out quite often on projects I deal with at moments, and then something else catches my eye, and then I get obsessed over making that perfect for as long - or short - as that may hold my attention. Great for work, because my bosses love how I make things perfect, but everyone around me knows how bad my memory is... both long-term and short-term, but most prominently short-term.

Don't have pity for me though. It makes life more... turbulent. Adventurous. -cough-

At any rate, I hope I'll have the two chapters done before two weeks is up, because I'm busy, I do have a social life, and I do have a job, and studies to complete.

We never really think about what we're saying or doing to other people around us. It, purposefully or not, will hurt someone, somewhere, some time... And every hard glance we carelessly give, every stiff word we shamelessly strew, will cut a scar into the flesh of those around us. And so no one can ever have a happy ending, because, in the end...

I am a girl. Duh. Various pennames I've used on this site, have been as follows: Mizumei, Cascading Fates, Adaire, and Ezarine Bloom. I'll probably switch between Adaire and Ezarine Bloom. (Yeah, I came up with all of them.) I'm an English buff...Screw with the English language and you'll get a verbal World War 3. Also, what annoys me; peeps click the agree to terms button when creating an account - which mentions in part an obligation to check fiction works for misspellings and grammatical faults. For shame if you do not.

I'm picky with what I read, and with what I write; easily dissatisfied. Thus why my fanfics haven't been updated in more than a year.

On a more personal bit; I'm pretty empathetic. AKA: I can get overemotional and say sorry a lot. lol. I like tons of different music - from classical baroque and japanese lute pieces to political hip-hop/rap. I love sports, dancing, and art. I'm in college - started early, at age 15, and am working toward a business degree. I hope to one day be a major political/business figure or at the very least famous entrepeneurial artist, but I'm content for now aiming for a legal internship at Tokyopop. =)

I'll probably be writing again soon. Enjoy what stories I've got so far... if they manage to retain your interest!!
