The Fanfiction Glossary: This used to link to a different site, but that's gone down now. While most of this is fairly good, some of it was a bit out of date, or specific to one or two fandoms only. Dr Merlin's Guide to Fanfiction: Some good, honest advice on writing. You can probably find more advice specific to your own fandom if you search for a bit, and you'd be amazed how many archives there are that specialise in your fandom. Most fandoms also have yearly awards, and I find they're a great place to go to find some great fics. I own absolutely nothing from any of the stories I write.
