It's that time again, time for a woefully overdue profile update. My current show obsession is a wonderful British drama called Wire in the Blood. One of my friends with netflix turned me on to it and I am now completely addicted. Most of the fics that I read and write are centered around Tony/ Carol. I have also gotten hooked on Criminal Minds and think that Dr. Reid is one of the coolest characters on American television, my only real ship for the show is Prentiss/ Hotch but I think all of the characters are pretty fabulous. I have sadly gone off Gossip Girl since they have in my opinion jumped the shark ten times over this season, but I still love Chuck/Blair and will continue to look for good fics centered around them. My other shows are Glee (Mr. Schu/ Emma, Rachel/Finn, Kurt/ any one awesome), Law and Order SVU, Vampire Diaries (I love all of these kooky kids in any arrangement), Dr. Who (Dr/Rose), and Torchwood (Jack/ Ianto sniff, sniff).

I love all things Harry Potter and still cannot believe that they are making a Hogwarts theme park. (How freaking cool is that?) My favorite HP ships are definitely Tonks/Lupin, Snape/Lily, Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny (I also find Lupin/Sirius and Snape/Bellatrix stories interesting, pretty much if Lupin and/or Snape are there I'm intrigued). I am a Jane Austen junky. I love Audrey Niffeneger's books and cannot stop reading the Pendergast mysteries. Also any Sherlock Holmes fans should totally check out the Mary Russel books by Laurie R. King, fabulous pastiche and lots of great fic inspiration. Oh and if you want to scare yourself silly check out World War Z, I still think the zombie plague might happen.

As far as movies go, I love too many to even begin to name them all here so I'll just give you a few high points. My all time favorite movie is LA Confidential. My favorite classic movie is either Casablanca or All About Eve. My favorite comedy is either the Hangover or Fired Up(don't mock me til you watch it, this screen play rocked!) My favorite scary movie is either the Descent or Session 9. My favorite romantic movies are 500 days of summer and sense and sensibilities.
