Well, welcome to my profile. Not much to tell, though. You can call me FireEdge, Stephanie, whatever. I love video games, anime/manga, reading, drawing and writing and some other junk. I'm a Canadian, I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I'm currently learning Kung Fu, and I am a self-proclaimed band geek (I love my clarinet even though it's a piece of crap and I really wish that I had a pretty 2-grand wooden one). One other thing to note is that I take forever to update. So if you've read any of my stories, don't expect updates in less than one-month periods.
Also-as I'm sure you've noticed if you've read my stories (especially in the Fire Emblem fandom)-I have a bad habit of coming up with random/odd pairings. O.o It's not even funny how many people I've spontaneously matched together. Most of the time, it only takes ONE suggestive sentence between the two characters (or involving one of the characters) for the pairing to click in my head. Other times, I just put them together because I want to... Yes, that seems childish, but it's okay...
Just a note that I'm extremely proud of: I am the author of the FIRST romance and Kraine fanfic in the Tales of Symphonia section! I rock! Unfortunately, I have a nearly permanent writer's block for that section, so my stories there have died. Apologies.

Naruto
Actually, I'm not really into the manga itself, but more just Kakashi. XD I used to be a huge Naruto fan, but then it got super popular and I stopped liking it. I'm not sure if it was for that reason, but I just didn't like it as much anymore. Then I started scanning through the manga again and I remembered how much I freakin' LOVE Kakashi. He's THE reason I'm liking this series again, I swear. He's also my keychain!

The Red Wings and The Black Mages
Both of these bands are freakin' amazing. They do rock-style covers of video game music and The Black Mages as formed by (and their music was arranged by) Nobuo Uematsu himself. I LOVE video game music and rock music, so when you mash 'em together... well, I'm pretty damn happy.
Tales of Symphonia: Kratos' Theme
I love Kratos. But I have to say that I love his theme song even more (is that even possible?). I swear, sometimes I just sit there listening to it on loop while I write (or just space out). It's so... epic. And melancholy, and "DAMN IT KRATOS! WHY ARE YOU A TRAITOR BUT SO AWESOME AT THE SAME TIME?". Yeah, I need to get a life...

Neon Genesis Evangelion
I just finished watching the entire series, which I borrowed from my friend, and I totally forgot how amazing those 80's animes were. Anyway, despite Shinji's whining, this was an amazing show. But then again, I just can't get enough of those epic battles against "divine forces" and all the drama of psychological plot elements. Love Misato and Kaji. Why did he have to die? =(

Luminous Arc
The game I'm currently playing. It's not exactly a stellar game, but it's fun to pass the time with. The characters are very vivid and fun, too. I'm liking Leon, Saki, Heath, Kai and Mavi at the moment. The Intermission thing is really neat and gives some development, but it's kinda lame that there isn't more interaction between the characters themselves. I wish that there was more pairings in the game, too. It's kinda boring when everyone likes the main character (through Intermission)...
In-Progress Stories
Everything in Between - In progress - This is just an anthology of one-shots that span all the NA FE games. I wrote this for the Fire Emblem 100 Challenge (which revolves around 100 themes). I hope that I will actually finish all 100 themes one day...
In Fourteen Days - In progress- FE9 AU multi-chapter fic. It's like one of those cheesy romantic comedy movies. XD Still, who isn't anyone tempted to write a story about Jill having to room with Haar?
Rivalry Of The North - In progress/On hold - A Beyblade story that I've started that pretty much popped into my head... About the All Starz and the Canadian beyblade team (which I made up). Not doing too well, but it's my "have fun writing it" fic, so meh.
Midnight Visit - In progress/On hold indefinitely - First fic in ToS. A romance about Raine and Kratos...Is on hold again... Due to massive writer's block for ToS fics.
