Author has written 18 stories for Roswell, Harry Potter, Dark Angel, Wolf Lake, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Moonlight, and Covenant. Hi there everyone, Okay so first off my name is Ansley! I am 19 and I am in my second year at MSU where I am enrolled for a double major of English and History with a minor in Spanish. I love school and I am pretty sure it shows when people hear about all I want to do. I love the whole experience of going to class and getting to speak with other people who are just as into the subject as I am. In my free time I play golf, I have spent years in Ballet and jazz dance and every summer I teach a eight week summer course on both forms of dance with my bf Heather. I also love to read, write, play piano the flute and my violin. Spending time with my family is very important to me and we tend to do more together than most families do, or so I am told by my friends. I love to read and write and I find that writing fanfiction is a great way to get rid of stress! My bf introduced me to the world of fanfiction and then my sister really got into it and then I got hooked. Some of my favoirte authors are in my favorite fics section and I think you should check them all out. My favorite shows are Roswell, Dark Angel, Buffy, Angel, Charmed, Wolf Lake, Gilmore Girls, Friday Night Lights, 7th Heaven, True Blood, Moonlight, and Glee. Favorite movies are The Covenant, Harry Potter, From Hell, and 10 Things I Hate About You. Favorite books are well anything and everything, being an english major I have to read everything from history text to romance novels. I do tend to favor supernatural books though since they tend to take my mind into a different world and the real talent of being able to convince a person of this other world really existing is interesting and fun to read. If I had to pick a favorite I would have to go with Harry Potter and Great Gatsby. When it comes to fanfiction I think most of the stories I read are great. I like that there are sites out there where fans of a book, TV show, or movie can come and play with them; I hate it when people say that fanfiction is for people who want to be writers but have no talent to get published. To me fanfiction is just a way of having fun and in the process letting the real brains behind the creation of the work know that their work was loved so much so that people went out to continue to have fun with characters that they made us love. | |||||||
