Right, time to overhaul my profile!

I don't really have loads to say about me, just that I love LotR, but I'm really not so keen being badgered about things like the unlikelyhood of my characters' names ever coming up in Tolkien's original works. I kinda got put off posting here for a while because of emails I got from a few folks (not to mention some of those reviews!) but have since developed a thicker skin (and realized that they had a point, and taken it to heart, and learned to, y'know, write) and am ready to try again! Woohoo! Any way, "Heart's Garden" new story, and I'm really enjoying it. I've got a good feeling about it, I really do. Although I think the name is kinda cheesy. I might change it. Dunno.

Anyroad, it's good to be back. If you've read my stories (or if you've tried and been bored!) go try some of the lovely folks on my fav authors list. Also, I thrive on reviews, so if you feel like making my day...

Update: I've changed my penname. And the 'attic' in it has nothing to do with the top bits of houses where you store empty old trunks and white elephants and things, but rather with the dialect of Greek in which was used in Athens in the 5th century BC. The 'geek' bit has to do with me being a geek who studies dead languages and makes terrible puns. 'Cuz see, the name is 'Attic Geek' instead of 'Attic Greek'. Yeah, I"m sorry.

March 8th-- I know, I haven't updated in weeks. I'm terribly sorry about this. I'm dealing with some personal things at the moment, and I haven't really been able to write. Updates should resume shortly.

July 27th-- And we're back! Writing has rather come to a halt in the past months, but, disregarding all that stuff about objects at rest, I am slowly creaking back into motion. Expect great things in the coming months. Not, in all likelihood, from me, but it's an exciting attitude to adopt.
