The Resistance
(LoZ AUish, characters from OoT, WW, TP) How could Hyrule change so much? They've lived underground for so long, some have forgotten. Royalty has done nothing, and the races being affected have done nothing... until now. If we fight him now, maybe Hyrule will go back to normal. The sky should not be purple. I'm a slash writer (most of the time). Sheik will be a boy and his own person in all of my Zelda fics. (Hey guys, can you believe it? Slash isn't my favorite in the Zelda fandom. I like Heeeeet too)
Concerning Sheik. This is my opinion; feel free to ignore it, but please don't bother me if you dont agree with it. First off, male or female, I love Sheik. (My guilty pleasure is drawing Zelda in the sheik outfit with wavy hair--out of the braid w soooo pretty). Okay... in Brawl, I painfully admit, Sheik is a girl. She has breasticles, those little curves that are annoyingly familiar to me. So, if I draw or write Sheik as her persona in Brawl, she will be a girl. However; more canon-based in Ocarina of Time, Sheik was intended to be a male. Zelda wanted a disguise; she wanted to change her eye color, hair color, skin and gender. The image, the IDEA of Sheik is male. True, when you take off the mask and the tight spandex, it's Zelda's girl body. But Sheik is male. Hell, I respect that Zelda is Sheik; I respect canon. But I'm also a fangirl. I like Sheik as his own person (damn you Nintendo for making such an awesome character complicated!) and I will very well write him as his own person is I DAMN WELL PLEASE.
