That is the biggest update I've ever had at once. Laptop status: still broken. Update 8/15/07 Added chapters on BEI and Dissimulatio, which was the last one. Laptop status: still broken. Update 11/20/07 My main PC died, and my other-other laptop has been infected with the redlof virus. I am going on a hiatus from writing stories due to this, and general discouragement thanks to my constant, suspectedly cosmic computer problems. I expect to pick up The Unseen, BEI, and post a short story about a girls night out in the Yu-Gi-Oh category once I get this figured out. It's those out of the blue reviews that signal to me that my computers periodically dying isn't a sign from on high. You guys are one of the main reasons I put up with these blasted machines! Update 8/25/08 Wow. I have not updated for a while. Anyway, I have good news. I FINALLY have another computer! And it's all mine, plus it's a PC and not a laptop, so I probably won't kill it somehow like I have the other 4. What's bad is that I'm the best with computers in my immediate family (NOT SAYING MUCH), yet they always seem to K.O. when I'm on them. Whatevs. I am still working on the same things that I was in my last update. I have made progress, but I've made even more changes. The Unseen has shifted in tone a bit in the chapter I'm working on, and it kind of makes me want to continue writing Sky High stories, though I only intended for it to be a one-shot. There's so much in that world to play with. We'll see. I've actually got to finish this one before I start another. Update 10/3/08 Finally added the latest chapter of The Unseen. Is it me, or has Steven Strait gotten even prettier since I started writing this story? Anyway, it's mostly unedited so I may have to go back later and fix it up. In fact, the formatting of the site seriously screwed up a pretty integral section of the fic (not to give anything away) so I'll probably have to re-upload at least one chapter before the story's through. I can hardly believe it's been well over a year since I posted the first chapter... Status of my other stories remains the same, though I'm getting impatient about the unnamed Mai/Téa (Yu-Gi-Oh) (er, not romantically) fic. There's so much stuff in that story that I'm excited for people to read. That fic is a labor of love. Announcements: The Art of War, Forbidden Fruit and Dissimulatio are officially discontinued. If you were actually interested in how those would have ended (I'm sorry), feel free to get a hold of me and I can tell you. I had it all planned out, mostly, but I've lost access to those stories thanks to my last computer holocaust and no longer feel the urge to complete them. BEI is officially on-hiatus, mostly because I have too many ideas of where to go with it and can't decide.
