There is nothing I hate more than someone reviewing with something like: I HATE YOUR STORY! It annoys me. Just tell me what I did wrong, and I will try to help it not happen in the future.

Before I say anything about my stories, let it be known that I am going through some very rough times right now. I just got a puppy, I am going through school, I need to lose weight, and I need to learn so many things, it is incredibly hard to find any time to write any more. I try so hard to update when I can, but sometimes, that just isn't good enough.

Human Rights over Animal Rights. Now here's something I could rave about for hours. I'm christian, so I believe and God and whatnot, but he put these animals on earth for a reason: To aid us, and to be treated fairly. Any animal I see or meet, I treat as if I were talking to my best friend, because I know that nobody else out there does the same, and that these animals deserve it. I don't baby-talk to them unless I'm joking around, because we think of babies as inferior to us. If an animal looks at me while I'm eating, and is apparently hungry, I'll give them some of my food, simply because I would do the same for a friend. Be kind to an animal, and they'll be kind right back. That is something that I can never expect from a human.

Pairing Complaints and Reasoning

Kai/Rei: Oh, it's sooooooo original. -Sarcasm- I swear, it was hot and refreshing at first, but now, every Kai/Rei story you see either excludes the other characters altogether or is something along the lines of, OMG!11! Kai/Rei! rei goes into heat what will kai do! yaoi, lemon!1!11!1ONG! I'll read good KaiRei whenever it stumbles along. But I have much less tolerance for badly written work than most other pairings.

Only female animals go into heat by the way. You're all regular Watsons, you are.

Kai/Takao: Oh, fuck, don't even let me get into this. Please, someone stop me. Nobody? Okay then, allow me to rant. My friends say that they're always saying things like, 'I sacrificed everything to battle you, Takao!' Kai wants to BATTLE him! Did he say 'I sacrificed everything to sleep with you, Takao!'! NO! And, as such, it makes absolutely NO SENSE! Sure, they very easily could be friends, best friends, like brothers! But, as a couple, they would claw each others' eyes out. Profusely.

Rei/Mao: Who the Hell in their right mind would want to date an annoying, pink furball? Not Rei, that's who!

Kai/Hiromi: Honestly, for the godforsaken truth, HIROMI IS A -insert really mean, bad word here- FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! KAI PROBABLY HATES HER! Meanings and other random things on Kai, Max, Yuriy and Boris, who rock my sox.

The Ka in Kai, and the Hi in Hiwatari both mean "Fire" in Japanese philosophy, and represent the energetic, forceful, moving things in the world. Animals, particularly predators, capable of movement and full of forceful energy, are primary examples of Ka objects. Bodily, Ka represents our metabolism and body heat, and in the mental and emotional realms, it represents drive and passion. Ka can be associated with motivation, desire, intention, and an outgoing spirit.

'Kai' can also be interpreted into the Japanese kanji meaning 'ash' and 'destruction'

'Kai' is also Japanese for sea/ocean, which oddly is the opposite of the original disired meaning for his name Hiwatari means "walking over fire or burning coals"

Draciel is derived from the ancient Chinese turtle God of the North, Genbu.
