Hello, everyone.

Those of you who have me on their author notify list should note that this story i'm working on now will not be like any i've submitted in the past. The story/ies i've put up in the past have all been guilty pleasure stories of a sort, like an action movie without substance.

My story 'The Old Ways' is going to be a major undertaking and very different from anything i've written before.

That being said, I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I do writing it. Reviews and criticisms are always welcome!

Now a bit about my fanfiction peeves!

To be completely honest - i despise ginny weasley, and i especially hate Harry/Ginny. I see no reason why these two should be together - even in canon.

I'm not a fan of pre-fabricated relationships. Ginny has pined after Harry since before she met him, and that just bothers me.

I really don't like Ron/Hermione, either. You know what, on second thought, I just don't like Ron. He's a whiner and an idiot. He's only good for funny faces and being Harry's comic relief when he needs it.

My one-shot story "Lord Voldemort Orders a Pizza" came to me one day while i was thinking of fanfiction ideas at pizza hut. Somehow, the image of LV eating pizza just made me laugh, and so i got the idea of Voldemort doing all of these muggle things... the images just kept getting funnier and funnier (to me, at least).

And so I'll be writing a series of one-shots in the fashion of Lord Voldemort Orders a Pizza. LV goes to the beach, LV goes to the zoo, LV does something completely muggle, etc.

Go ahead and try your hand at a few!
