Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter.

About Me: I'm a fickle, pernicious, capricious female. I have tried many attempts to start a story but I lose interest fast. Ergh.

The Necromancer's Gift: Edit August 1st - Nothing written yet. Just random ideas. I've been bogged down by summer homework that I put off till the last minute. Dx My scanlation group is also giving me more work. -sighs- Hopefully, I'll be able to update soon.

The Paladin: August 1st - Decided to separate the different ideas. Hopefully it wasn't too much of a confusion. Still ideas jumping around but nothing definite for this story also.

How was debate camp?: Debate camp was definitely cool and awful at the same time.

Cool: I got to learn a lot of techniques to help with articulation and also to defend myself against speed readers. I am a Lincoln-Douglas debater and a lot of ex-policy debaters are slowly (ok maybe not slowly) trickling into LD debate and policy debaters are extremely fast readers so it's important that I can flow (take notes) their arguments so I can properly refute them. Missing an argument can be pivotal towards losing a debate round.

The other people who came to camp for LD debate were pretty cool also. We watched a lot of funny videos together and just bonded.

My LD instructor was really awesome! I really loved his way of teaching. It really helped me learn and apply some of the knowledge he imparted to us. He was also an pretty awesome individual overall and that made the debate camp experience so much better.

Awful: Unfortunately, there were a loud group of girls who were there for policy debate. They had a problem with their internal volume adjustment and I nearly came back deaf. Their loud voices and screeches were the source of pain and irritation for many other debaters and the coaches themselves. It was amusing to see some of the instructors subtling insulting them, since they did not have that many brain cells to put together to comprehend it.

The dorms were a little subpar but I did get to request a roommate so it was bearable. The communal showers were awkward. I missed my bathroom. :(

Overall: It was a pretty exciting experience. I enjoyed the instructors and most of the other debaters. If I could, I would go to a debate camp again.
