Now that the eigth season of Smallville has ended, I can safely say that I have never been more disappointed in a show in my life. Allison Mack's Chloe Sullivan, Sam Witwer's Davis Bloome and the red hot Chlavis chemistry were the only reason I was still watching this show. And before that it was Chloe, Michael Rosenbaum's Lex Luthor, and the superb potential Chlex that kept me a fan.

Now, I only have the Chloe-centric fanfiction, especially the Chlex and Chalvis to keep me even semi-interested in the show. I also enjoy reading Chlark fanfiction--especially the ones where he realizes how wondeful Chloe is, and that Lana Lang is lacking as a human being. I've truly started to enjoy Chlollie, Chruce, Chlean and Chlam fics--they are all pretty enjoyable. Hell, I'll evem read a Chlionel fic! I actually adore Chloe being paired with anyone who realizes that she is a smart, beautiful woman who deserves to be loved and adored.

Lexana is the worst thing to ever happen to this show, and I don't think for one minute that anyone is actually buying that Lex Luthor, the sexy billionaire, is actually interested in the ordinary and annoying smalltown princess named Lana Lang. He's too good for her.

Erica Durance is the worst Lois Lane EVER but I usually like fanfics with her in them because the writers usually have her being wonderfully supportive and protective of Chloe. Other than that, EDLois is a waste and I am not buying her sudden journalism skills in S8--it is an insulting joke.

Allison Mack's Chloe is the only reason I'm still watching this trainwreck. The hotness of Sam Witwer helps as well :):)
